Nematicidal Activity Of Crude Extraction From Tea Seed

In this paper,nematicidal activity and toxicity of plants were tested against mixed instar or B.xylophilus,H.oryzae and J2 of M.incognita.And We tested high active crude powders in vivo pot test.In terms of economic factors,safety and stability,ethanol was selected to extraction Tea seed(Camellia sinensis)and other plant materials.Crude extraction of Tea seed is a kind of brown syrup,and the rate of extraction is 1.44%.B.xylophilus were inoculated on the Colletotrichum gloeosporioides,Pestalotia sp.,Botrytis cinerea fungi media.Pestalotia sp obtained highest culutre population of B.xylophilus.The highest multiplication is 48,200.The results of filtration indicated 95%ethanol extraction of Tea seed,Melia azedaeach,Ginkgo balboa,Camptotheca acuminate,Pterocarya stenoptera,Canavalia glabiata and Punica granatum possessed strong nematicidal activity,it caused above 85%mortalities of B.xylophilus.Crude extraction of Tea seed possessed the highest deadly activity.It caused 100%mortalities.The minimum LC50 is 0.5145 mg/ml. 50%ethanol extraction of Tea seed possessed medium deadly activity.It caused 53.58 %,41.54%mortalities after 48h,60h exposure time.The results of deadly activity against different nematodes shows,95%ethanol extraction of Tea seed possessed strong deadly activity.It caused 100%mortalities. LC50 is 0.0254mg/ml and 0.0154mg/ml after 48h,60h exposure time.And no deadly activity against H.oryzae.50%ethanol extraction of Tea seed possessed medium deadly activity against J2 of M.incognita.And no deadly activity against H.oryzae.Reproductive inhibition of crude extraction against B.xylophilus have been assessed in the test.The results shows that the reproductive inhibition rate of crude extraction of Tea seed is 85.00%,inhibition rate of female/male is 81.58%at concentration of 30mg/ml.Crude extraction of Tea seed has significant inhibition effect on the emergence of J2 of M.incognita,followed by Crude extraction of Camptotheca acuminate,Melia azedaeachand,they caused 69.60%,65.56%inhibition rate.The inhibition rate of remotion of crude extraction is 100%after 12h exposure time.Especially Melia azedaeach,Pterocarya stenoptera and Tea seed possessed high activity,and caused 100%inhibition rate of remotion after 10h exposure time.In vivo pot test,the plant height of capsicum increased 109.00%,fresh mass increased 103.33%and the length of capsicum root increased 90.00%when treated with crude powder of Tea seed.There were only 3.25 root-knot per plant and the mini mum index of disease 1.00,when treated with crude powder of Melia azedaeach, ,followed by crude powders of Tea seed.
