| Domestic straw recyclying is very difficult at present,because independent productions of baler are rarely and exist certain problems in China,most of the straw baling press rely on imports.In this research,we choose 9YG-2200 cylindrical pick-up baler,developed by Deveau Technology Development Co.Ltd.,as a research object.Aiming to improve this machine by destructive test,summarize the operating condition of cylindrical baler,and provide a reference for next upgrading and rebuilding.By investigate the straw treatment process,the main characteristics are discarding or burning up in field because straw is hard to gather,most straw baling press relied on imports and we are lacking of experience on straw baling press.Therefore,this research is on basis of domestic leading 9YG-2200 Round Baler,summarizing straw packaging experience by doing a large number of experiments,and analysis and improvement the problems occur the working process.At present,most the import baler are more suitable for pasture operating.Because straw packaging process is high load and working environment is very dusty,so the import machine is not very applicable for straw harvest in China.There are also a part of the users select domestic machines which lacking of operation experience.Therefore,in this paper,we plan to improve a domestic independent manufacturing Round Baler and summarize the working experience by doing a lot of experiment.In this study,a 3D model of Round Baler is built through Solidworks to analysis its working process.corn straw,wheat straw,reeds,stevia harvest straw packaging operations were separately compared.Analysis the problems occur during the operating process and summarize the using experience.In view of the problems occur in the operation to improve the design to complete that model of Round Baler(1)There is a design drawback in the original machine:the net unfolding is uncompleted which cannot cover both side of straw.We designed a net unfolding unit by soldering contrary turning spiral reinforcement on both sides of rotary iron roller.The net could turn the iron roller during the feeding process,so the spiral reinforcement could unfold the net.Solving the problem of incomplete wrapping net by changing the mechanism without adding power.(2)In this study,we improve the bearing design by redesign it and add a curved wall and choose the Peel bearing which have a remarkable performance on sealing property.The new design is proved more stable than original after a quarterly testing.(3)Drum is the core component.Due to its special working environment,problems such as congestion,wear occurred during the operation process.In this study,we improve the roller seal form,changed the design of original dust shield,and combine the improved dust shield with seal ring into a labyrinth seal。After testing to get the optimum sealing effect and solve problem of straw powder blocking the drum.(4)In net feeding mechanism,the smooth roller bears spring tension become deformed cause the gap between the smooth roller and the rubber roller.In this paper,the finite element analysis of the roller is carried out with Solidworks,and the deformation of the roller is obtained.Then,fit tow rollers by changing the shape of the rubber roller the deformation between two rollers is changed by changing the shape of the roller.A quarterly testing was carried out after the improvement,verify the stability of redesigned mechanism and summarize the working performance and using experience of this machine.The machine showed uniform package,completely wrapped and drum unblocked during the field work which indicated that the improve design is reasonable. |
