In this article, the research object is Ili colt and hybrid colt with8to11-months-old. The main research is growth levels of different breed hybrid Hi colt. The influence on growth and Blood Serum Biochemical Index of Ili Colt with Supplementary feeding in winter. The influence on growth and Blood Serum Biochemical Index of hybrid Ili colt with different nutrition stander of Dietary Supplementation. The result is as follow:Through analyse of Body measurement and weight index on pure Ili colt and hybrid Ili colt with8to11-month-old,The result show:Hybrid Ili colt relative to the Ili colt,The body measurements and weight are improved in varying degrees. From the growth curve we can seen that the growth regulation is similar between different breed hybrid colt and Ili Ili colt, but the level of growth and development of hybrid colt is obviously better than ili colt. On the8to11-month-old of stage, There is some difference between the hybrid offspring with different male parent. It’s present that ThoroughbredFl> The new Kyrgyz dairyF1> The new Kyrgyz riding coltFl> orloffFl> Ili colt. This may be relate to different male parent, this explain to take Ili colt as a female parent has potential to develop new breeds.Through determine measurement,weight and Blood Serum Biochemical Index on8to11-month-old pure Ili colt with Supplementary feeding in winter and herd in the wild, Contrast analysis found that the experimental group of Ili colt daily gain in each stage were higher than the wild group of the experiment, throughout the experiment average daily gain was significantly higher than the wild group(P<0.01). At the end of experiment, the weight of experimental group was significantly higher than the wild group (P<0.01). At the final of the experiment body measurement of the experimental group was significantly higher than the wild group (P<0.01);Before the experiment, the Blood Serum Biochemical Index between the two groups were not significant difference (P>0.05), at the medium and end of the test, the content of P、 Bun、 Alp of the experimental were very significantly higher than the wild group. It’s performed that supplementary feeding in winter can significantly increase the growth and development rate of8to11-month-old Ili colt, then to further explore the growth and development of Ili colt potential.Through the measure of weight, body measurement under different levels of nutrition dietary supplement conditions on8to11-month-old, which initial body size and weight has no significant difference on Thoroughbred×Ili coltFl generation. Contrast analysis fund that body measurements, weight index, average daily gain and feed intake have showing that feeding pure barley group<with the diet group <with the diet supplemented with the lysine group; At the beginning of experiment, two groups of Blood Serum Biochemical Index, Ili colt were no significant differences (P>0.05), at the medium and end of the experiment, the diet supplemented with lysine group serum urea nitrogen(Bun)content was significantly lower than the1、2groups (P<0.01), significantly decreased compared with the beginning of experiment; Serum albumin(Alb) and the white ball ratio(A/G) were significantly higher than the experimental groupl and experimental group2(P<0.05), significantly higher than before the experiment. Description that grow and development of Ili colt which fed with the diet was superior to conventional feeding barley,8to11-month-old Ili colt body measurement, weight and the utilization of protein can be increased by adding a certain amount of lysine in Ili colt diets.
