In this study, the "Bai Yunfeng" and "Jiang Junyidianhong" kidney bean as experimental materials, two kinds of treatment, foliar treatment and soil treatment system of the three herbicides (atrazine, acetochlor, atrazine and acetochlor mixture) in the two kinds of approach, the variation of the physiological and biochemical characteristics of bean, and the film-forming agent and adsorbent herbicide mitigation capacity. The results show that:(1) foliar spray three herbicides, seriously affect the normal growth of the bean, the bean plant height, leaf area, dry weight, fresh weight, photosynthetic indexes, root activity were significantly reduced. Concentrations were:atrazine1.5g/L the the acetochlor5g/L, BA mixture (atrazine1.5g/L, and when acetochlor5g/L), can produce injury, but the damage to a lesser extent, easily restored. As herbicide concentration increased, the inhibition of the greater common bean growth. Foliar treatment of herbicide on the Bai Yunfeng of inhibition compared with the Jiang Junyidianhong and weak.(2) four kinds of film-forming agent (CMC, chitosan,polyethylene glycol, Arabian tree powder) can be a certain degree of relief herbicide injury to reduce herbicide inhibition of bean growth, increasing bean photosynthesis, root activity, of which the most obvious chitosan.Role in mitigation of the film-forming agent to herbicides, in Jiang Junyidianhong on the performance of the more apparent.(3) soil treatment of three kinds of herbicides, seriously affect the normal growth of the bean, the bean plant height, leaf area, dry weight, fresh weight, photosynthetic indexes, root activity were significantly reduced.
