| In crop production process,the non-standard use of herbicides and the impact of the environment make the field pesticide damage flooding.At present,the effect and mechanism of compound use of safety agents and herbicides on reducing pesticide damage and improving crop tolerance to pesticide damage have become an important research topic.In this study,two kinds of high-efficiency herbicides and two kinds of safety additives were selected to investigate the effects of different safety additives and herbicides on the growth and physiological characteristics of mildew and weed control in the field.The main results are as follows:(1)Herbicides can cause different degrees of pesticide damage to myrtle.Safety agents such as GA and Brassin can alleviate the pesticide damage caused by herbicides Kushima and Shuangfu-fulvzhi to varying degrees.Brassinolide has a significant effect on alleviating the harm of herbicide Kushima,which can completely eliminate the harm of low dose Kushima and reduce the damage index of high dose Kushima by 11.52%.Gibberellin has a significant effect on alleviating the harm caused by herbicide Shuangfu-fulvzhi,which can completely eliminate the harm caused by low dose Shuangfu-fulvzhi and reduce the damage index of high dose Shuangfu-fulvzhi by 4%.0.88%.(2)The combination of herbicides and safety agents had certain effects on the agronomic traits of the millet.The combination of Kushima and Gibberellin could promote the effective tillering and main spike growth of the millet.The combination of Kushima and Brassinolide could promote the growth of the main spike of the millet,and the combination of Shuangfu-fulvzhi ester and Brassinolide could promote the thickening of the main stem of the millet.Different herbicides and their combinations with safeners increased the yield of millet in varying degrees compared with the control without herbicides.Compared with the control with artificial herbicides,the intervention of safeners could increase the economic yield.The combination of safeners and herbicides increased the yield compared with the single application of the same dose of herbicides,such as high dosage of Kushima+Brassin,high dosage of double fluoride fluoride.The yield of Shuangfu-fulvzhi and Gibberellin increased by 26.1%and 27.9%respectively compared with the control without herbicide,and increased by 4.64%and 11.61%respectively compared with the control with the same dose of herbicide alone.(3)The average control effect of weed fresh weight was the highest after spraying Shuangfu-fulvzhi alone or high dosage of Kuoshima.Over 80%of herbicides combined with safety agents such as rutin and Gibberellin could weaken the control effect of herbicides on weeds to a certain extent.Comparatively speaking,the combination of gibberellin and rutin with Shuangfu-fulvzhi herbicides had less effect on weed control.The weed control efficiency of the period reached more than 70%.(4)The effects of different herbicides and safety agents on active oxygen metabolism and Photosynthesis of functional leaves of myrtle were different.The SOD activity of leaves treated with low dose of Kushima+Brassin was significantly higher than that treated with Kushima alone at heading stage of myrtle;the SOD activity of leaves treated with high dose Kushima+Brassin was significantly higher than that treated with Kushima alone at grain filling stage,but Kushima and Gibberella scab were significantly higher than that treated with Kushima alone.The SOD activity in leaves of millet treated with compound fertilizer was lower than that treated with Kushima alone.The SOD activity of leaves treated with Shuangfu-fulvzhi,Gibberellin and brassinolide at the early stage of heading and filling was significantly higher than that treated with Shuangfu-fulvzhi at the same dose alone.The accumulation of malondialdehyde(MDA)in functional leaves after heading could be effectively reduced by spraying brassin and Gibberellin with Kuoshima and Shuangfu-fulvzhi.Spraying herbicides alone could decrease the chlorophyll content of functional leaves of GA,and the intervention of safety agents could change the effect to a certain extent,such as the combination of rutin,Gibberellin and low-dose Kushima,and the combination with Shuangfu-fulvzhi ester could effectively improve the chlorophyll content of functional leaves of GA,and reduce the effect of herbicides on photosynthetic performance of leaves.(5)After heading,the dry matter accumulation of spike increased continuously,while the dry matter accumulation of functional leaves,stems and leaf sheaths increased first and then decreased with the advance of growth period.The dry matter accumulation of functional leaves,leaf sheaths,stems and ears in the treatment of Kuoshima combined with Brassinolide and Gibberellin was significantly higher than that in the treatment of herbicide of the same dose at the late filling stage.However,the compound treatment of Shuangfu-fulvzhi with brassinol and Gibberellin had no significant effect on the dry matter accumulation of millet plants.Comprehensive analysis showed that 0.60 kg/hm~2 Kuoshima combined with 0.015g/hm~2 brassinolide,0.10 kg/hm~2 Shuangfu-fulvzhi and 14.7 g/hm~2 Gibberellin could alleviate the herbicide-induced damage to Gibberellin without affecting weed control effect,enhance the activity of protective enzyme SOD in functional leaves of Gibberellin,reduce the accumulation of MDA and increase the dry ear of Gibberellin at the early stage of grain
