Microbial agent can adjust intestinal bacteria and inhibit harmful bacteria generation, improve feeddigestibility and immunity, promote growth. It will reduce the application of antibiotic and be benefit toproducing safe, healthy livestock and poultry products. It is an inevitable trend for future farmingindustry development.In this study, Candida utilis, Enterococcus faecalis, Bacillus Subtilis and Lactobacillus acidophiluswere selected as research objects. It studied the effect of single bacteria strain on fattening pig. Itshowed that single bacteria strain had improved productivity, meat quality and apparent feeddigestibility of fattening pig to some extent. But the result is not stable, complex effect is not asexpected as well.On this basis, this research combined above four bacteria into a compound and selected optimaladded ratio, i.e. Candida utilis, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Enterococcus faecalis and Bacillus Subtilis.The optimal ratio is1:1:1:1, at same time selected optimal substrate and added oligose to compoundmicrobial agent, set up four concentration gradients respectively:0%added,0.1%added,0.2%addedand0.4%added. After effect trial for piglet, fattening pig, sow and farming conditions in large scale pigfarms seperately. The experiment shows that:Adding compound microbial agent improved pig production ability and increased lactobacillus andbifidobacteriums quantity, reduced E. Coli numbers and diarrhea. Improved Ca, P and CP apparentdigestibility.0.4%added is optimal for piglet feed to meet ratio, antibody level is best in serum, andlowest diseases rate.0.2%added apparent digestibility is best, at the same time, IgG content is higherthan control group remarkably,0.1%added is optimal. Increased piglet SOD and glutathione enzymeactivity, improved piglet total antioxidant ability without impacting by concentration, but notremarkable effect on catalase in serum.After feeding compound agent, fattening pig intestinal E. Coli reduced relatively, lactobacillus andbifidobacteriums increased remarkably, amongest0.4%added is optimal.0.2%and0.4%added isbenefit for improving apparent digestibility of Ca, P and CP and improved meat quality. It is benefit forimproving IgA&IgG content in serum, but not remarkable effect on IgM. Amongest0.1%added is thehighest Iga content in serum. It improved fattening pig SOD, glutathione enzyme and catalase content,total antioxidant ability. Effect of different concentration added is not remarkable on CAT.It promoted fetus and mammary gland growth, improved piglet survial rate for sow production,amongest0.1%added is optimal, but for piglet initial weight,0.4%added is the best, and weaninggroup weight is the highest.Compound microbial agent can purify air of large scale pig house, especially degrade ammonia andhydrogen sulfide etc.It showed fine steady effect in pig farm trial. It has broad applicable vision.
