Study On Monitor Environment And Optimization Design Of Closed Piggery In Cold Region Of Inner Mongolia

The pig house is the most direct place for pig to growth. The piggery environment has great influence on pig health, growth and genetic potential. With the improvement of the mode of pig industry scale, intensive production, It has a higher requirement for the conditions of the pig huose. It is a developing trend of swine industry to create a suitable environment for the growth.The major influencing factors on Northern cold areas affect closed piggery environment are temperature, relative humidity and harmful gas. The main contents of this paper are:(1) the research for the northern cold areas sow homes of environmental monitoring system. On the interior environment influence factors of monitoring, monitoring data collection.(2) the application of fuzzy control theory, the design of fuzzy control system, to realize the automatic control of pump and fan, thereby controlling the indoor environment factors in the most suitable range. Fuzzy control system includes two aspects:one through the automatic control fan opening number, to achieve the indoor relative humidity and ammonia concentration regulation; secondly through the automatic control pump speed, to realize to the interior temperature regulation.(3) and the control conditions of ambient, comparing the situation, verify the fuzzy control under ambient monitoring system.(4) from building materials, ventilation, heating and environment monitoring system to Optimization the building design.
