| With the increasingly fierce competition of the market, the discretemanufacturing enterprise traditional management model has been difficult to meet theneeds of the times, the enterprise informatization has become an effective way forenterprises to enhance their strength. Agricultural machinery production assemblyprocess is a typical discrete manufacturing process. How to use informationtechnology to achieve fine workshop production management, improve assemblyefficiency and quality and reduce production costs is an important issue.As an advanced data collecting technology, RFID provides reliable data forvarious information system of enterprises, it has effectively promoted thedevelopment of the enterprises informatization and been applied in the discretemanufacturing industry more and more widely. Aimed at the problems easily appearedin the assembly process of agricultural machinery enterprises such as the backward indata collection and transmission, a reduced ability to real-time monitor the assemblyline, easily get neglected or wrong assembly and so on. We applied RFID tech to theagricultural machinery assembly process and analysed its applicability. Combiningwith MES, the paper studied and implemented the assembly of agricultural machinerymonitoring system based on RFID, realized the real-time collection of assemblingdata and real-time monitoring of assembly process. The main research contents of thepaper are as follows:Firstly, the present research situation of MES with RFID technology wasanalysed, the existing problems of agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprisesin production and assembly process were listed. Combined with the characteristics ofRFID technology, the paper expounded the advantage of the application of RFIDtechnology in the production of agricultural machinery manufacturing.Secondly, combined with the characteristics of enterprise production assembly, the paper analysed the agricultural machinery manufacturing execution system,proposed the MES overall structure of assembly of agricultural machinery production.It made a detailed analysis of each function module for MES, and described the MESand ERP, PDM and other system information integration, and put forward theimportance of data acquisition module in MES. Then, it pointed out the application ofdemand on the RFID, introduced the basic principle of RFID and summarized theapplication of RFID technology in manufacturing industry.Once again, through the analysis of application demand for agriculturalmachinery assembly monitoring system based on RFID in enterprise, the paper putforward the overall structure of the system, designed the software architecture and thehardware architecture of the system, combined with the actual production situation ofagricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises, the database of the system wereanalyzed. And the assembly monitoring module, data acquisition module, assemblyinstructions module, material management module, information query module and thestatistical analysis module were designed in detail.Finally, based on the background of the corn harvest machine assembly,combined with the enterprise MES, the paper studied the assembly monitoring systemdata flow and analysed the data provided by each function module in MES. UsingSQL Server2005as the database, data tables and data table relationships weredesigned. C#was used as the development language, and VS2008was used as thedevelopment tool. The paper developed the assembly monitoring system ofagricultural machinery based on RFID under MES Environment. It realized assemblyprocess monitoring, production and assembly instructions, assembly qualitymanagement, line edge material management and other main function module.This paper developed agricultural assembly control system, taking RFIDtechnology as a mean for data collection, and provided basic data for each module inMES system, which integrated PDM, ERP and other information management systems, to realize real-time monitoring of assembly process of agricultural machinery,so that managers can real-time control personnel, materials and equipment to discoverand solve agricultural machinery assembly process problems. The system can help theenterprise to improve productivity, reduce costs, save the purpose of time. It also canimprove enterprise assembly workshop informationization and digitization level andenhance the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises. |
