| With the further development of the tobacco industry, the competition between the tobacco companies become increasingly fierce, the perfection of enterprises’ production chain is increasingly becoming an important factor to obtain a competitive advantage. Tobacco leaf is the upstream industry chain and a key element of cost savings of tobacco companies. The upstream tobacco cultivation in the enterprise is not only a high-tech economic activity in agriculture, bur also a basic production management activities in agricultural. This paper based on the management theory of agricultural production, study the management mode of the Yongzhou Tobacco Unit, specifically analysis the optimization of the Yongzhou Tobacco Unit and proposed safeguards.This paper study of the management of the Yongzhou Tobacco Unit systematic and comprehensive. Through theoretical study and field trips, combined with internal and historical data of the Yongzhou Tobacco Unit, we examines the results and management problems of the Yongzhou Tobacco Unit, proposed specific steps, implementation process and safeguard measures to optimize management model of the Yongzhou Tobacco Unit. We first review and sort out the domestic and international research trends of agricultural production management; Secondly, describe the existing management mode of the Yongzhou Tobacco Unit, the problems occurred in the management process and their causes; Thirdly, based on management theory, propose the guiding ideology, principles and design details to optimize the Yongzhou Tobacco Unit management; Finally, explore the implementation process and safeguards after optimization of the Yongzhou Tobacco Unit management.Currently, there is little research about tobacco base unit management in domestic, this paper proposed optimization plan for Yongzhou unit management model of tobacco base, and also played a guiding role for other companies in unit management program optimization of tobacco base. |
