Residential district greenland is not only the most extensive and efficient part in urban Greenland system but also the most far-reaching ecological environment closet to the residents. is The quality of the Residential environment is the important criterion of economical development, social progress and civilization.Focused on the six different level residential districts such as Zhonghai Waterfront Spring City, Austrian Garden A District, Asia and Thailand Peachblossom Garden, Silver Lake Willow Garden, Fairview Southeast and Economic Development Zone, the paper carried out a detailed survey. By introducing their natural conditions, this paper made an induction of plant species and plant configuration and the successful experience about plant material selection, plant configuration and management in the different levels of residential district Greenland construction in Changchun City. On the basis of analysis about the current problems, the relative proposals and technical measures about the future residential district in Changchun city had been put forward.Based on the observation on the six different level residential districts in Changchun city, the residential green districts were divided into three types——Center Greenland, Building Greenland and Road Greenland. By observing of plant species and community, they are analyzed and compared aesthetically, ecologically and psychologically, and then sum up to the applied frequency, species diversity and typical plant arrangement patterns about Residential Districts Green in Changchun city. The result showed that there were130kinds of the application Greenbelt, attributable to58families and94genera, in Changchun residential district. There were19kinds of plants with the frequency of less than20%,17between20%-40%,20with that of between40%-60%,17between60%-80%and57between80%-100%Community species diversity were measured mainly by the Simpson index, Shannon-Wiener index and evenness index, which ultimately come to the conclusion that the center Greenland is with the biggest diversity index, the green road next and then the green space. For Each district, the plant configuration mode is Joe-irrigation, Joe-grass, Joe-irrigation-grass,which is a stratified structure.In addition, the green biomass of plants impose an affect on the benefits of economy and ecological environmental, which can reflect the rationality and ecological effects of plant constitution accurately. Therefore, as a result of measurement and statistical analysis, the paper come to a conclusion that there was different green biomass from different plant arrangement in different inhabited districts.The result showed that the green biomass of Yatai peach Court is about1200m3, the sea waterfront the Chuncheng green is about1000m3, Silver Lake, Liu Yuan green was843m3, the Fairview Southeast Green was686m3, Beverly Garden the green was642m3, and all was up to274m3.In the study, by means of questionnaire, on-the-spot observation and interview in these six residential districts, the qualitative research indicates the ecological suitability,analyzing mainly from the greening and plant landscape, buildings and facilities, living facilities, recreational facilities and management.The final result shows that the comprehensive evaluation of the sea waterfront Spring City was83.5, Yatai peach Court81.5, Silver Lake Willow Court was73.5, irview southeast64, everly Garden62.5and the total was54.On the basis of analysis of green plant communities and ecological suitability of residential areas in Changchun City, this paper put forward the relative measures, focusing upon the Residential Area Green plant species selection, garden plant diversity and plant arrangement, as well as residential areas ecological suitability and other relevant recommendations, with a view to improving the green level of residential Area and promoting the residential Green construction developed scientifically, ecologically and sustainably.
