The soybean is a sort of major oil bearing crop and grows widely in China as a fundamental source of vegetal protein and fat. The soybean is semi-resistant crop against salinization which lead to decrease seriously in soybean production. One of soybean yielding limited factor is soil salinization, therefore to develop new soybean species in genetic engineering way, convert the synthetic pathway of lipoxygenase, keep a low content of lipoxygenase existing inside the soybean seed and improve the oil capacity, based on these ability and good agronomical ability to progress an excellent soybean species.According to advantage of molecular technique, a multinational agricultural biotechnology corporation Monsanto company has developed a new soybean species with herbicide-resistant property and approved by Food and Drug Administration in USA since1994. Now this soybean species spreads in agricultural business soon in many soybean growing zones.Four varieties of soybean were chosen at individual genetic type as BADH-Transformed type like BADH-14-131, BADH-17-97, BADH-17-98, BADH-21-175, BADH-21-176; phytase-transformed type like472,473,476,483,463; lipoxygenase-RNAi-transformed type like KH-392, KH-449, KH-461, LQ-H, LQ-L and Gy1-RNAi-tansformed type like Gy1Ri-279, Gy1Ri-281, Gy1Ri-282, Gy1Ri-283, Gy1Ri-285. Among every type, five germplasms were selected and there are totally20samples, then standard germination test, accelerated aging test and conductivity array were carry out to detect the seed vigor. During field testing, using a randomized block design,2rows cultivated with three replications, and measure the yield of every single line, a couple of agronomical characters has been investigated using a randomized block design, such as type, flower color of the leaves, color of pubescence, habit of podding, coat colour and shape of the seeds, color of umbilical, period of growth and period of phenology. After harvest, investigated a number of characters including height of plant, the number of main stem nodes, number of branching, weight of100-seed, thickness of the main stem; Meanwhile, a series of the physiological and biochemical characters has been detected, containing content of free proline, content of malondialdehyde, conductivity, activity of the SOD enzyme, activity of peroxidase, activity of catalase; besides, three germplasms of the soybean of BADH-transformed genotype have been selected and treated as drought-resistant array indoors, contracted the germplasms BADH-17, BADH-14, BADH-21to the control and analyzed the results; In addition, forced on the height of individual plant, according to relation between height and growing time, investigated and estimated the growth condition of the germplasm of BADH-transformed type in filed.Collected and analyzed the data in statistical way. There is no significant difference between transformed plant and control on seed vigor. The growth period of the BADH-17-97and BADH-17-98decreased at3-4days; the growth period of the KH-392, KH-449, KH-461decreased at2-3days; for the LQ-H, LQ-L, growth period decreased at2-3days with fewer branches and enlarged leaf area. Another side, growth habit tended to determinate growth, and the number of four-seed pod is more than25percent of the total. Other soybean germplasm do not change. The sequence of drought resistance of the BADH-transformed soybean germplasm is BADH-17>BADH-14>BADH-21>Control. The study on physiological and biochemical condition indicate that under natural situation, the anti-stress capacity of BADH-14-131、 BADH-17-97、BADH-17-98、BADH-21-175、BADH-21-176、KH-392、KH-449、KH-461 is higher than the control group. About the production, in the BADH-transformed soybean germplasm, the BADH-17-97contract to control increased at8%; in the soybean germplasm of lipoxygenase-RNAi-transformed, the yield of KH-461increases at10.7%, and the one of LQ-H is8.4%.
