Agricultural-based,agriculture to Seeds as an important,live,special commodity,in agriculture-based,Maize as an important food in China,has an irreplaceable role.Seed vigor is an important and comprehensive index of seed quality,and plays a key role in maize seed value,which directly affects maize yield and quality.In the past,breeders often based on the performance and the quality of the breeding of varieties,do not attach importance to seed vigor and related traits of the choice of germination force,and appeared in some yield and quality of the outstanding performance of the species,often caused by poor seed failure Ridge and cut production,affecting the large-scale promotion of these varieties.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the genetic regularity of seed vigor and to improve the yield and increase revenue,especially the application of single grain precision sowing.In this study,175 DH lines were constructed by hybridization of maize inbred lines 12-156 with high activity maize inbred line PH4 CV,and SNP molecular marker technique was used to establish the standard(normal temperature)germination and low temperature Germination potential and germination rate QTL loci.The main results of this test are as follows:1.Under standard germination conditions,the 12-156 inbred lines had lower phenotypic performance than those of PH4 CV in 10 lines.Under low temperature germination conditions,the fresh weight of 12-156 inbred lines was higher than that of PH4 CV,The other nine indicators of PH4 CV inbred lines higher than 12-156.The results showed that the seed vigor traits of 10 seeds were between the parents and the seed vigor traits under the condition of low temperature germination conditions,and the seed vigor traits.The mean value of the indicators are more than the parents,the performance of super-parent phenomenon.2.Genotype and construct genetic linkage map of 5077 SNPs markers was screened by 56 K SNP chip.which covers corn 10 chromosomes,total length was 1366.98 cM,and the whole genome average distance is 0.27 cM.3.(Qsgp2 and qsgp1),1(qsgp3)and QTL(Qsgp1)were detected in the first germination conditions.Four QTLs were detected on the 1,6 and 7 chromosomes.And 1(qsgp4).The phenotypic variations were 17.25% and 16.04%,8.65% and 10.86%,respectively.Under the condition of low temperature stress,the QTL of the germination potential of DH population was detected.A QTL(qltgp1)was detected on the 10 th chromosome,and the phenotypic variation was 6.67%.4.QTLs for germination rate were not detected under standard germination conditions.QTLs(Qltgr1)were detected at low temperature stress and located on chromosome 6,and the phenotypic variation was 7.75%. |
