Black beans is the dry mature seed of legumes soybean Glycinemax (L.) merr. It is also called Wu bean, Zhizai bean, soybean, Lu bean, glycine Max of black, known as reputation of "the King of the beans". It is joined to the pharmacopoeia in2010. Black beans rich in resources, mainly produced in China’s northeast, northwest and Hebei.The colour is black and invigorating the spleen and kidney, whitch have function of the eyesight nourishing and rheumatism, detoxification, diuretic. The Feature of increases intelligence, the pitch-black hair, prolongs the life, nourishing Yin and moistening dryness. Modern research found that it could be used of guards against the cancer, the prevention treats the high blood fats, the elimination cholesterol, anti-aging. The main chemical compositions are soybean saponin and flavonoid compounds, amino acids and trace elements.The material of this paper are the four habitat black soybeans, which come from the Heilongjiang Kiamusu, the Shandong Province Linyi Feixian, the Henan Province Xihua County, the Gansu Province Zhuangyang Xifeng county, Comparative study that antioxidant activity and the antibacterial activity of the chemical composition activeness, Those researches would provide some references for its comprehensive development and utilization,the main conclusions as followings:1.Comparative analysis of the content of total flavonoids, red pigment, polysaccharides, proteins, saponins of the four origin black beans, the total flavonoid content of the black beans in Shangdong is the highest, to73.549mg/g; microwave-assisted extraction method to measure the pigment content, the pigment content of the black beans in Heilongjiang is the highest to2.173mg/g; sulfuric acid-phenol method determined polysaccharide content of black beans,and the polysaccharide content of the black beans in Henan is the highest to0.366mg/g; the protein content of the black beans in Henan is the highest to37.87%;the saponins content of the black beans in Gansu is the highest to6.76mg/g.2.In this paper, study the black soybeans pigment extraction of that protective effect of acute hepatic injury in mice. The results show that: first,Black beans pigment extract improves T-SOD activity in serum and liver of mice;second, reducing the levels of MDA in serum and liver tissue (P<0.05or P<0.01).Means to a certain extent reduces the coefficient of mice liver.. To the protective effect on liver injury of mice,the pigment of black soybean production in Heilongjiang have difference with Henan black pigment-producing significant3.A comparative study of the antioxidant activity of the different origin of black beans flavonoid extracts and crude polysaccharide, and conduct a systematic evaluation, Found that the different origin of black beans flavonoids and crude polysaccharide have certain antioxidant capacity. In the superoxide anion radical and DPPH experiment,the scavenging ability of flavonoids extract, Gansu production of black beans was lower than in other three regions. The total reducing capacity and the hydroxyl radical scavenging experiments, the ability of heilong Jiang’s is the lowest. In the total reducing capacity and the hydroxyl radical scavenging experiments, Gansu production of crude polysaccharides of black beans have the least capacity than the other three regions. The experiment of DDPH, the ability of Shandong’s is the lowest.4.This paper study the antibacterial activity of flavonoids extracts, pigment,crude polysaccharides,was compared and show some function:①Flavonoid extract of the Heilongjiang and Shandong have the best bacteriostasis effect is on the Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, minimum inhibitory concentration were10mg/mL、2.5mg/mL; Shandong have the best bacteriostasis effect is on the Staphylococcus aureus,minimum inhibitory concentration was2.5mg/mL.②The pigment extract, Gansu have the worse bacteriostasis effect is on the Escherichia coli, minimum inhibitory concentration is10mg/mL; Heilongjiang and Shandong have the best bacteriostasis effect is on the Staphylococcus aureus, minimum inhibitory concentration is2.5mg/mL;Heilongjiang and Shandong have the best bacteriostasis effect is on the Bacillus subtilis, minimum inhibitory concentration is5mg/mL.③Crude polysaccharide, the bacteriostasis effect is on the Escherichia coli,minimum inhibitory concentration is5mg/mL; Heilongjiang have the worse bacteriostasis effect is on the Staphylococcus aureus;Heilongjiang and Gansu have the best bacteriostasis effect is on the Bacillus subtilis.
