In this study, the Yellow River carp was as a test object. This study waschitooligosaccharides on the production performance, non-specific immunity and intestinalflora of the Yellow River carp. In order to provide the basis for the rational use ofchitooligosaccharides in the Yellow River carp feed. The content of the study and the resultsare as follows:Experiment Ⅰ: A total of360the initial body67.5±1.0g weight Yellow River carpswere randomly allocated to6dietary treatments with3replicates of20carps(5test groups and1control group). The groups were fed the basal diet, the addition of0.5%chitooligosaccharides, APS, LBP, rhubarb polysaccharides and of polysaccharides and thefeeding time was45d, Hydrophila and Aeromnas virus attack in30days of the experiment. The results show that: Commercial feed added to the immune polysaccharides the YellowRiver carp specific growth rate, average feed intake, growth rate, lower feed conversion rates, intestinal weight, intestinal index, liver weight and liver index had no significanteffect(P>0.05); chitooligosaccharides group and pachymaran group and rhubarbpolysaccharides group can improve significantly plasma concentration of NO(P<0.05), butplasma NO hydrophila and aeromanas after inoculation no significant effects(P>0.05);immune polysaccharides plasma T-AOC without significantly with the effects (P>0.05), andthe shell oligosaccharide groups or astragalus polysaccharide group significantly with seximprove addicted to water vapor unicellular bacteria attack poison the Yellow River carpplasma T-AOC activity (P<0.05).Experiment Ⅱ: A total of120the initial body115.0±1.0g weight Yellow River carpswere randomly allocated to2dietary treatments with3replicates of20carps. The group werefed the basal diet, the addition of0.5%chitooligosaccharides and the feeding time was45d.Experiment study on the impact of the immune polysaccharide production performance andimmune parameters of the Yellow River carp. The results show that: the chitooligosaccharidescould improve production performance of the Yellow River carp. Add0.5%chitooligosaccharides can increase the weight of the end of the Yellow River carp, averagefeed intake, growth rate, lower feed conversion rates, the chitooligosaccharides group andcontrol group are significantly different(P<0.05); chitooligosaccharides group with the controlgroup in the specific growth rate difference was not significant(P>0.05); In the intestinal weight, intestinal index, liver weight and liver index, chitooligosaccharides group with thecontrol group were no significant difference(P>0.05); but the chitooligosaccharides couldreduce liver weight and intestinal weight to a certain extent. The chitooligasaccharides couldimprove the fatness of the Yellow River carp. Chitooligosaccharides group and control groupwere significantly different(P<0.05); chitooligosaccharides could improve the immuneparameters of the Yellow River carp to a certain extent; the chitooligosaccharides group couldimprove the survival rate of the Yellow River carp after inoculation, the rate than the controlgroup increased by19.05%; chitooligosaccharides group and control group were significantdifference on the active of Phagocytic(P<0.05); chitooligosaccharides group with the controlgroup were significant difference on Lysozyme activity and NO concentration(P<0.05).Experiment Ⅲ: A total of360the initial body35.0±1.0g weight Yellow River carpswere randomly allocated to6dietary treatments with3replicates of20carps(3test groups and3control groups). The experimental group were fed with0.5%chitooligosaccharides on theproduction performance, immune indicators and the intestinal flora of the Yellow River carpin different feeding time. The different feeding time of chitooligosaccharides on theproduction performance of the Yellow River carp had no significant effect(P>0.05). Thedifferent feeding time of chitooligosaccharedes on the immune indicators of Yellow Rivercarp had a certain impact. Percentage of phagocytic and lysozyme activity and totalantioxidant capacity significantly different(P<0.05). the different feeding times ofchitooligosaccharides has some influence on the intestinal flora of the Yellow River carp.Long-term feeding of chitooligosaccharides can promote the growth of Lactobacillus andBifidobacterium in the gut of the Yellow River carp, also has good inhibition against E. coliand the different feeding time had significantly different(P<0.05).
