Several tests were studied on effects of different treatments of panicle pruning on rate of pistillate flower, rate of fruit drop,blade mineral nutrition, fruits development, growth of maternal branches and fruits quality of Longan cv.Shixia, in order to explore suitable flower thinning technology for popularization and application.some experiments were implementated on influence of sucrose-based polymer on rate of fruit drop, blade mineral nutrition, enzyme activity of blade and pericarp and fruits quality of mature period of Longan cv.Shixia to research fruit retention physiological mechanism. Integrated them to further explore reasonable yield of the tree, ensure the high and stable yield and high quality.The results show that:1. Different treatments of panicle pruning in bud stage can effectively control the Longan flower quantity, reduce unnecessary waste of nutrition, improve rate of pistillate flower significantly; different treatments of panicle pruning in bud stage and spraying1%sucrose-based polymer on medium of fruit development can reduce physiological fruit drop, increase the fruit setting rate, provide guidance for fruit retention.2. Different treatments of panicle pruning and sucrose-based polymer could improved the nutrition of Longan leaves, different treatments of panicle pruning in bud stage and spraying1%sucrose-based polymer on medium of fruit development increase the nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium of Longan (cv.Shixia) notably.3. Different treatments of panicle pruning influence fruit size.different treatments of panicle pruning in bud stage increase content of polysaccharides and protein of pericarp cell wall, effectively promote fruit to enlarge.4. Different treatments of panicle pruning and sucrose-based polymer could improve fruit quality, different treatments of panicle pruning in bud stage increases yield per plant obviously, improves the content of TSS, Soluble sugar, reducing sugar of fruits significantly; spraying1%sucrose-based polymer on medium of fruit development improves the content of TSS, Soluble sugar, reducing sugar of fruits, reduces content of titratableacid, improves fruit weight, promots fruit diameter growth.5. Different treatments of panicle pruning promots growth of maternal branches.new shoots sprouts from mouths of shearing which were implementated different treatments of panicle pruning in bud stage significantly longer than that of the post-harvest, It is advantageous to continue to blossom fruit for next year.6. Sucrose-based polymer can influence enzyme activity of blade and pericarp cell wall, spraying1%sucrose-based polymer on medium of fruit development improves activity of SOD,CAT,NR of blade, reduces activity of POD of blade,enhancemes plant disease resistance, resistance and the ability of absorbing nutrient elements; effectively reduces activity of Cellulase, PG, PME of pericarp cell wall, to explore cultivation techniques for decreasing activity of cellulase and PG of cell wall during longan physiological fruit drop period, delaying fruit senescence, reduces fruit drop, increases production.
