| Thermophilic fungi are defined as those that have a maximum temperature for growth at or above50℃and a minimum temperature for growth at or above20℃, they can not grow at temperature below20℃. More and more research of thermophilic fungi have been done in recent years by the prospect of finding they capable of secreting high levels of thermophilic enzymes for cellulose degradation, food fermentation and other commercial applications. The main purpose task of this thesis is to carry out the survey of thermophilic fungi in some areas of Guangxi, pure cultures were isolated and identification, choose some appropriate strain used for the cultivation of Agaricus bisporus.More than100soil or compost samples were collected from Nanning and other areas of Guangxi,50strains of thermophilic fungi were isolated from the samples.10species of thermophilic fungi were identified, they are Penicillium dupontii, Thermomyces lanuginosus,Thermomyces ibadanensis, Scytalidium thermophilum, Myriococcum thermophilum, Malbranchea cinnamomea, Myceliophthora thermophila, Chaetomium thermophilum, Chaetomium thermophile var. coprophile,Rhizomucor pusillus. Among of them, one new records for the first time in China. Aspergillus fumigatus a thermotolarent fungus also was isolated and identified.Filter mud in sugar production as raw materials used for the cultivation of Agaricus bisporus by addicted of Scytalidium thermophilum. We found it played a significant role in the improvement of bisporus yield of A. bisporus, the yield per unit area up to12.24kg/m2and the biological efficiency was73.44%. The control group, the same formula but does not pick addicted to Scytalidium thermophilum, compared to the yield per unit area can increase up to3.61kg/m2, biological efficiency was15.67%.The sugarcane solid organic waste from filter mud, instead of cow dung, can used for mushroom cultivation. Cultivation of raw materials was filter mud, cow dung and straw mushroom, each formula obtained good yields.Culture medium formula treatment C,cow dung4.7%, straw49%, filter mud34.3%,was best. The first flush production of Agaricus bisporus was9.5kg, the yield per unit area was10.50kg/m2, the biological efficiency was63.01%. The treatment C was nearly quite complete with the control group A, which was cow dung and straw,Thus we found that, filter mud can instead of cow dung using for mushroom cultivation. |
