A study has been carried out regarding the degradation utilization of Agaricus bisporus on agricultural organic waste.By determining the changes of physico-chemical property,microflora and enzyme activity,the degradations utilization of lignin,cellulose and hemicellulose in agricultural organic waste during A.bisporus production can be revealed.At the same time,the synthesis utilization of the waste after A.bisporus production can help building a non-pollution circulation mode of ecological agriculture,which can solve the problem caused by pollution of agricultural organic waste essentially.The results shows.(1) In the process of culture medium composting It has shown remarkable degrading effect on the lignin, cellulose and hemiceilulose that are in rice straw,corn stalk and corn cob.The degradation rate of lignin, cellulose and hemicellulose is 11.68%,29.23%,and 27.51%respectively in rice straw,5.22%,22.24%,and 31.26%in corn stalk,15.05%,20.23%,and 23.23%in corn cob.The degradation rate of lignin is lower than the degradation rate of cellulose and hemicellulose.The reason is the low activity of lignin enzyme.The highest degradation of cellulose and hemicellulose occurs in the period of highest enzyme activity.In the period of twice fermentation,the lignin,cellulose and hemicellulose descend quickly.It is because the fast propagation of thermophilic microorganism.And it is specified that the degradation rate of lignin,cellulose and hemicellulose is affectd by microorganism activity.(2) In the process of A.bisporus growth and development,the lignin,cellulose and hemicellulose that are in rice straw,corn stalk and corn cob has also been degraded.The degradation rate of lignin is respectively 40.47%,42.65%,33.04%,the degradation rate of cellulose is 47.09%,42.46%,39.90%,and the degradation rate of hemicellulose is 35.59%,33.57%,30.86%.They are all higher than the degradation rate in the process of fermentation.It is specified that the degradations of lignin,cellulose and hemicellulose mainly occurs in the period of A.bisporus growth and development.It has been degraded by the common effect of laccase, peroxydase,CMC,FP,hemicellulase and hypha.The period of max degradation of cellulose and hemicellulose lies in the process of fruiting,which is the period of fruit body forming,when cellulose and hemicellulose is used to compose cell wall.The period of max degradation of lingnin lies before primordium forming.It is because that the period of vegetable growth need much lignin.(3) A lot of high-quailty mushrooms can be created during the degradation of the agricultural organic waste such as rice straw,corn stalk and corn cob by A.bisporus.The biological efficiency is 25.20%,22.02%, and 13.66%respectively.The output is 11.81 kg/m~2,10.32 kg/m~2,and 6.40 kg/m~2 respectively,indicating high economic value.(4) It is named spent compost that is off-fall afer A.bisporus production.It is used to be organism fertilizer. Comparing to urea,it raise markedly to the growth,development and quality of tomato.It is 2.69kg per plant of the volume ratio that is 1:2 between spent compost and black soil.It is increase 28.10%contrast to urea.The discrepancy is patency. |
