Research On Rapid Propagtion Technology Of Biological Diesel Species Aleurites Moluccana

Aleurites moluccana (L.) Willd, Euphorbiaceae, belongs to Aleurites moluccana,is one kind of the woody oil trees,and also has high economic Value.The grease which is in its seed,could be used for sorce of industrial and power.This grease is renewable and has high quality.Nowadays,the price of the sorce is higher and higher day by day.So,looking for a new sorce which is renewable,is one of the most important tasks of our world.We pay wildly attention to Aleurites moluccana,becase it is the right plant who could be the sorce of reproducible.The establishment of the woods for Aleurites moluccana needs a lot of saplings.Now the really problme is how to breed high quality saplings,using quickly and cheap mathods.Our study reaserch the ways for quickly breeding of the Aleurites moluccana, we also study the procedure and the influencing factor of this biotechnology.The main reach findings as below:①The breeding of the mature seedings.The most appropriat mathod for seedings’sterilization is using75%ethyl alcohol for30s and then using0.15%corrosive sublimate for8min. The contamination rate for this method is28%and germination rate as62%. Non polar inoculation is the best way for searching highist germination rate.The best medium for axillary bud from the aseptic seedling leading is MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.05mg/L+TDZ0.04mg/L,but without getting the root.②Tissue clture for explants at land.We choose the buds which is a year old at low temperature drying season.The best way for sterilization is using washing the buds for120min under the running water, then soak them in0.1%HgC12for16min,at last,bath them in10%NaC103for24min.The contamination rate is16.67%, the best medium for calli leading is1/2MS+ZT2.0mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L+choline4mg/L, as inductivity is57.87%.The most appropriat medium for differentiation of the calli is6-BA1.0/L+IBA0.1mg/L,as bud ratio is35.56%. The best proliferative medium is6-BA1.0mg/L+TDZ0.01mg/L+IBA0.1mg/L, as the K-factor is3.14. The sucrose we use is30g/l,agar is6.5g/l,ph5.5-6, intensity of illumination is between1200LX and1600LX. These ways are good at breeding. The best meduim for sound seeding is1/2MS+NAA0.5mg/L+chlorocholine chloride0.1mg/L+IBA1mg/L.The most suitable medium for taking roots is1/2MS+IBA1.5mg/L+IAA0.2mg/L+active carbon3g/L, as the rooting rate is78.63%.The best medium for transplanting is peat soil:prtlite=2:1, as the survival rate is76.67%.③Air layering. When use NO.6ABT Rooting Powder as50mg/kg,the rooting rate is85.98%.50mg/kg IBA is good for early rooting.The length reaches the longest when we use the NO.6ABT Rooting Powder at30mg/kg,as long as10.45cm. And also we get the fresh weight25.49g,as the heavest one.The most suitable season for air layering is spring.④Grafting. Cleft grafting is the best way for grafting, the rate is25.49%. February and March is the most approriat time for grafting,as the survial rate is50.0%.
