The purpose of this study was to reveal dynamic changing characters of blood biochemical and correlation within liver function, production and reproductive performance around calving and dynamic correlation within these parameters. Thirty multifarious Holstein cows were chosen to determine the effects of hypoglycemia on the plasma biochemical markers. Provide scientific and theoretical basis for abnormal liver function, nutritional and metabolic disease research during cows perinatal, so as to achieve the aim of establishing disease prediction, monitoring and prevention technical service system for large-scale dairy farms.30holstein cows were chosen to plasma aspartic acid shift enzyme (AST), alanine amino shift enzyme (ALT), total protein (TP), albumin (ALB), globulin (GLB), total bilirubin (TBil) and direct bilirubin (DBil) for dynamic tracking monitoring before delivery1week, delivery day (0days),1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8week after delivery and with the content54U/L of AST liver enzyme in the plasma as distinguish cows of normal and abnormal liver function, AST<54U/L is normal liver function group, AST>54U/L is unusual liver function group, with which30cows are divided into normal liver function and abnormal liver function groups, and each group contains15cows. Understand the content of each index, the dynamic change characteristics and the correlation between the various index of liver function and compared unusual group with the normal control group of cows, and then make a correlation research on production performance, breeding liver function performance. The results show that:(1) The normal group:AST content appeared two peak on1,8weeks after calving, and significantly higher than other weekly (P<0.05); ALT levels on postpartum8weeks significantly higher than other weeks baside4,6weeks (P<0.05); Total protein(TP) content on2weeks postpartum significantly higher than other weeks (P<0.05); Albumin(ALB) content on delivery day,1week after calving significantly lower than other the time point beside1week before calving (P<0.05); Globulin(GLB) content on2weeks postpartum significantly higher than other time point (P<0.05); Total bilirubin(TBil) levels on5weeks postpartum significantly higher then postpartum1,3,6and8weeks (P<0.05); Direct bilirubin (DBil) on delivery day significantly higher than1week before calving,2,3,4,8weeks after calving (P<0.05). Abnormal groups:AST content on1week postpartum significantly higher than1week before calving and4,5,6and8weeks after calving(P<0.05); ALT on3weeks postpartum significantly higher than other weeks(P<0.05); Total protein(TP) content on delivery day significantly higher than other times beside postpartum2,6and8weeks (P<0.05); Albumin(ALB) levels on delivery day, and1week postpartum significantly lower than other time point (P<0.05); Globulin (GLB)content on delivery day significantly higher than other times beside6weeks after calving(P<0.05), prenatal1week significantly lower than other time point; Total bilirubin(TBil) levels on5weeks postpartum significantly higher then postpartum7,8weeks (P<0.05); Direct bilirubin(DBil) on1week postpartum significantly higher than other time point beside the delivery day, and7weeks after calving(P<0.05).(2) Plasma AST, TP, GLB, TBil and DBil in abnormal group significantly higher than the average level of normal; the average level of albumin in the normal group is significantly higher than abnormal.(3) About correlation, normal liver function group: the cow plasma ALB and AST, TBIL has significant negative correlation, AST and other blood index has no significant correlation between each other; ALT and DBIL has a significant negative correlation, ALT and GLB has very significant positive correlation (P<0.01); TP and GLB, ALB has very significant positive correlation (P<0.01); ALB and GLB has very significant negative correlation. Abnormal liver function group:the cow plasma AST and TP has a significant positive correlation (P<0.05), AST and ALB has a significant negative correlation, AST and ALT has very significant positive correlation (P<0.01); ALT and ALB has a significant positive correlation (P<0.05); TP and GLB has very significant positive correlation (P<0.01); ALB and GLB has very significant negative correlation; TBil and DBil and other blood index has no significant correlation between each other.(4)In the linear regression equation, ALT, DBil content of the overall cows, the TP, GLB content in normal group has a certain relevance with milk products; AST, ALT, TP in abnormal group has some relevance with milk products, parity and with real time interval due date.(5)0%of dropping illness in normal group of cows postpartum, not membrane is6.67%, mastitis is13.3%, hoof disease incidence is20%, and still birth rate is6.67%; Abnormal group:0%of dropping ill cows,26.7%not membrane,20%mastitis,33.3%hoof disease incidence,13.3%still birth rate; cow ill attrition rate is0%, not membrane is16.7%, mastitis is16.7%, hoof disease incidence is26.7%and still birth rate is0%in the whole30.
