With the development of economic, the international pressure on energy saving and emission reduction become enormous.To keeping rapid economic development on the existing level of technology and economic structure. In addition to adjusting the energy structure, increasing renewable energy, improving forest volume loaded, the energy saving for farmland have huge potential.Jianghuai area is the major grain produced areas in China, where planting have high energy consumption, discharge of greenhouse gases and noxious gases is larger than ever, burning straw is extremely serious, and also lock the co-operation machine which is working for huge horsepower tractor. In order to solve the problem, the multifunctional no-till fertilizer drill was designed according with the demand of new type mechanization planting of energy-saving and emission reduction.On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the actual state of the no-till drill at home and abroad, the machine was designed in the mass according to the demand of the project. And then we design and optimize the main component, establish the virtual prototype in Pro/Engineer, test the dynamic performance and intensity of the model in the environment of ANSYS software, get the machine with tight structure, intensity credibility and firm steady model, and carry out the experiment. The result and conclusions are as following:1. The no-till planter equipped with strip chopping anti-blocking mechanism for technical requirement, rotating blade can clear the straw and weeds near by the fertilizing opener. Blade shaft was optimized by linear programming theory, the material of blade shaft was reduced by28.9%compare with the conventional design methodology.2. In order to improve the designed speed and quality, draw the three-dimensional model in Pro/Engineer, analysis the weight of the model. The result show that the weight of the model is1.25t, the weight of the model which is filled with seed and fertilizer is1.6t, the tractor’s suspension system is satisfied with the technical requirement.3. The main frame of the machine has an inferior stabilization because of the width and speed (230r/min) rotation of the main shaft. In order to get a compact firm steady model, do the model analysis in the finite element analysis and make appropriate remedy for the main frame and the main shaft under ANSYS environment, the analysis show that the virtual prototype with tight structure, intensity credibility and firm steady model.4. The machine includes20seeding opener and10fertilizing openers, its working width is3.0m,and the depth of fertilizer is about10cm. Main parts of this machine include three point linkage, chopping anti-blocking mechanism and returning straw part, seeding and fertilizing part. The machine can finish several procedures one time such as returning, seeding, fertilizing.5. The sample machine had been tested several times on Huang Hai Farm, the result shows that, the machine has excellent working stability and traffic ability, which can plant wheat and rice, and it also reduce energy consumption, the number of the working, shorten the farming season. The study show that, new type mechanization planting for energy-saving and emission reduction save more than45%fuel consumption and12.7%emission inspection compared with the other conventional planting type.
