Use peach specises ’hujingmilu’ and Nectarine specise ’zijinhong-1’ as the experimental material study the effects of reflective film mulch to different period of peach frutsloluble sugars,organic acids,biactive substance content changes.To investigate the changes in the law of the accumulation of soluble sugar, organic acid and biologically active substances. So as to provide a theoretical basis for the increase of fruit sugar content, to provide the technical measure to enhance the antioxidant activity of fruit. Determined the peel of chlorophⅡ, carotenoid and anthocyanin content, the change of anthocyanin synthetase activity in the process of fruit coloring. Combined with the vapor permeability of reflective film as control. Explore the mechanism of fruit coloring as mulch reflective film. So as to provide the theoretical for the regulation of peach coloring. Explore the effect of mulch reflective on the anthocyanin biosythesis enzyme activity. So as to find out the key enzyme in control of peach fruit anthocyanin synthesis. Experimental results shows that:1.Peach fruit growth curve showed significant double "S" shape, Mulch reflective film enhanced leaf photosynthesis, and promoted the synthesis of photosynthetic products. Increase the fruit vertical and horizontal of ’hujingmilu’and’zijinhong-1’. And the impact on ’zijinhong-1’ was more obvious.2. Glucose and fructose were the predominant reducing sugars in the pulp, reducing during growth period; During the last period of fruit development, sucrose as the main soluble sugar. TSS content increased mainly due to increased sucrose content. In the peach Quinic acid and isocitrate was the mainly organic acids. Mulch reflective film reduced TA content mainly due to reduce isocitrate content.3.Mulch reflective film increased total phenol content of peach. Studies have shown that:the synthesize of polyphenols was a series of derivatives of plant,via the pentose phosphate pathway, the shikimic acid biosynthetic pathway and the phenyl propionic acid synthetic pathway. The sugar was necessary precursors of the above means. Test showed that’zijinhong-1’ peach’s total phenolic content was significantly positively correlated to reducing sugar and isocitrae content,’hujingmilu’peach’s total phenolic content was significantly positively correlated to fructose and quinate content. So inferred that the effect of fructose induced the synthesis of phenolic compounds was the most.4.Peach peel contents a variety of pigment as chlorophyll,carotenoid and anthocyanin. The test showed that peach peel anthocyanin content was significantly negatively correlated to chlorophyll content, while it was significantly positively correlated to sucrose content. Study with PAL,UFGT activity, the result showed that UFGT was positively correlated to anthocyanin synthesis, but not significantly. Preliminary to determine UFGT was the key enzyme in anthocyanin synthesis. The main reasons as reflective film could promote the peel coloring was that mulch reflective film reduce the peel chlorophyll content, and promoted the activity of UFGT activity.
