| Feicheng peach is a famous peach gift, which has a long history of cultivation. However, in recent years, Feicheng peach quality declined, which had a negative impact on reputation. Therefore, to improve the quality of Feicheng peach has become a key issue to be solved in the sustainable development of Feicheng peach. With’Hong Li’peach as test material, the growth of pollen tubes of different cultivars on the stigma was studied by fluorescence microscopy, to provide a preliminary theoretical basis for the selection of suitable pollination varieties of Feicheng peach. The distribution of microclimate factors in canopy apricot trees with different open angle of main branch, and the relationship between microclimate factor and soluble solids content. In addition, at different stages of the development of Feicheng Peach, investigated the effects of different concentrations of SA and EBR on photosynthesis index and fruit quality index. The results are below:1, The germination rate of pollen varies with varieties and cultivation time varies. After 2 hours culture, the pollen germination rate of’Baili’was the highest, reached 66.0%, the pollen germination rate of’Hongli’,’Beitaihong’and’Zhonghuashoutao’were low, only about 30.0%. With the extension of culture time, different varieties of pollen tubes showed with the extension of culture time. After 2 hours culture, pollen tube elongation of ’Zhonghuashoutao’ reached 310um. After 4 hours culture, pollen tube elongation of’Baili’was fastest, ncreased by 180%. After 6 hours culture, pollen tube elongation of’Zhonghuashoutao’and’Baili’were the longest, amounted to 850um.2-Study germination of pollen grains on the stigma by fluorescence microscopy after cross-pollination, and self-pollination, the results showed that, pollens could germinate after cross-pollination of’Baili’,’Beitaihong’,’Zhonghuashoutao’and’Feichengtao 3 hao’.Among them, the pollen of Baili’on the stigma germinated faster, which partial germination after pollination 2h, a large number of germination after pollination 6h. A large number of pollen grains germinated on the stigma of Zhonghuashoutao’and’Feichengtao 3 hao’were after pollination 8h. Large pollen grains of Beitaihong’germinated after pollination 12h. The pollen grains of’Hongli’self-pollination have some germination after pollination 72h.3ã€Observation of Pollen tube growth on the stigma by fluorescence microscopy, the results showed that, after pollination 96h, the pollen tube of Hongli extended into 1/4 of style,pollen tube of "Feichengtao 3 hao’to style at the 3/4, pollen tube of ’Baili’,Beitaihong’, and’Zhonghuashoutao" reached the base of the style.’Zhonghuashoutao’had pollen tubes which could enter the ovary.4ã€Radiation intensity and temperature distribution of canopy apricot trees with different open angle of main branch were presented as from inner to outer, from the lower to the upper gradually increasing trend, the distribution of the humidity in contrast, from top to bottom, from outside to inside gradually increased. The radiation intensity of different parts in the canopy had the same trend, which showed that from south to north gradually smaller, similar as west and east. The radiation intensity of canopy apricot trees with big open angle of main branch was larger than canopy apricot trees with litter open angle of main branch, and the range of variation was small. In addition, the radiation intensity of the horizontal direction had larger change range than the vertical direction.5^ In general, soluble solids content in inner bore is significantly smaller than the outer and the middle, and lower layer was significantly smaller than that of upper layer and middle layer. The same part, the soluble solids content of canopy apricot trees with big open angle of main branch was higher than canopy apricot trees with litter open angle of main branch.6, The suitable concentration of SA in Feicheng peach is not the same in different stages. The suitable spraying SA concentration of young fruit stage was ().15mmol/L; hard drupe stage and the two developing stage, suitable concentration of SA were 0.25 mmol/L. After corresponding concentration of SA treatment with different developmental stages, it could obviously improve net photosynthesis of leaves, soluble sugar and sucrose content after treatment 7d. When the fruit is ripe, soluble solid, soluble sugar and sucrose content were also improved,significantly.7^ Feicheng peach in different stages of development, effects of spraying different concentrations of EBR on Feicheng peach net photosynthesis of leaves and fruit quality were different. In general, the effect of 0.10mg/L EBR was sprayed to Feicheng peach in hard drupe stage which had a relatively good result, compared with the control, it could significantly improve chlorophyll content, net photosynthesis of leaves, increase soluble solid, soluble sugar and sucrose content, respectively increased by 11.18%,14.42%,8.01%,18.39% and 19.61%. Thus could improve the quality of Feicheng peach. |
