China is the world’s apple growing country, the annual output of apple production in the world in more than25million tons, accounting for40percent of world production. Greatly the yield of fruit juice concentrate in China, every year only apple juice production can produce nearly300million tons of apple pomace, plus the production of other fruit juices such as pear juice, peach juice, strawberry juice, etc., the total amount of slag generated close to10million tons. China is a big country of agriculture and population is also a great demand for food and crops, the use of chemical fertilizers in China has been high, the beginning of this century has reached more than4000tons. Slag and fertilizer use is not only a waste of resources and causing environmental pollution.The study from the6strains on the kiwi fruit disease with antagonistic bacillus mutant, through the antagonistic experiment of fermentation liquid, Filter out two strains for5species of Marssonina coronaria (Ell.et Davis)Davis, Cytospora sp., Phyllosticta pirina, Glomerella cingulata, Alternaria alternata f.sp.Mali,are mutant strains Q13and Q14with significant antagonistic effects. Through the analysis of16SrDNA sequences, determined strain Q13is Bacillus amyloliquefaciens and strain Q14is Bacillus subtili.Using the screening of broad-spectrum antagonist Q13and Q14are mixed culture, including Flat interactive marking, liquid shake flask culture methods, observation the total number of bacteria and antagonistic ability under mixed culture, the results showed that two strains can be growed in the same nutrient environment, and has a complementary upgrade effect; through the improved corn powder in liquid medium to explore and decide industrial fermentation medium of mixed culture of two bacteria. According to Q13:Q14=1:1, to prepare complexed antagonistic bacteria liquid.Research determined the unique multilevel fermentation process, apple pomace as raw material, composite fermentation to produce biochemical fulvic acid(BFA), compound with mixed liquid of antagonistic bacteria and biochemical fulvic acid, researched the various biochemical fulvic acid microbial fertilizer for apple to provide comprehensive nutrition, promote the growth of apple, improve quality of apple, prevention and treatment of various diseases and insect pests, and to identify special formula of application and its usage and dosage in the apple of the products.The field experiment of integrated control of apple diseases shows that, the research and development of biochemical fulvic acid compound microbial fertilizer compared with chemical pesticide, in disease prevention, cure and growth-promoting effect of apple field experiment has comprehensive advantages, can promote the growth and development of apple, improving the coloration, sugar content and quality.2010trials compared with blank control mu increase production672.6kilograms, increase production rate22.9%, mu increase production value of1883.2yuan, the input-output ratio of1:3.7, trials of year2011compared with blank control mu increase production728.1kilograms, increase production rate24.4%, mu increase production value of1456.3yuan, the input-output ratio is1:2.6, Increase effect in production and quality is obvious, significant economic benefits.
