| In recent years, endophytic fungi, has attracted more and more attention in naturalproducts chemistry area since they can produce structurally diverse bioactivites.abundant.Melia azedarach(Meliaceae) is known as “natural insecticideâ€, which be used as ahigh-efficiency, brosd-spectum biological pesticide. The whole plant including its root, bark,flowers and fruit all can be used in medicine. But secondary metabolites from Meliaazedarach endophytes are rarely reported up till now.The endophytes Phoma. sp LN-16from fruit and Aspergillus fumigatus LN-4from thebark were selected based on the screening cultural conditions. The fermentation was separatedon a strains of columu chromatography to yield7compounds. Their structures were identifiedbased on sepecteal methods including NMR, MS, IR, UV, CD and X-ray. The main results areas follows.1. Botryosphaeridione(1-1) was separated from Phoma sp. LN-16,with PD culturecondition. It is the first time to elucidate absolute configuration on the basis of CD and X-ray.Compound1-1was assayed for antioxidation activity; anti-phytopathogenicactivity(Glomerella cingulata, Alternaria alternata(Fries) Keissler, Fusarium graminearum,Alternaria solani, Botrytis cinerea, Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. vasinfectum F. oxysporium f. sp.Niveum, Fusarium sulphureum); lethality activity of brine shrimps and allelopathicactirity(amaranth, cucumber, radish, alfalfa, lettuce). The results showed that compound1-1has a strong promote of allelopathic bioassay actirity on Germination of lettuce seed, therelative germination rate of50%in concentration93.64g/ml. possess the weaker antioxidationactivity; anti-phytopathogenic activity and lethality activity of brine shrimps.2. Six compound were isolated from the rice fermentation of A. fumigatus LN-4, theirstructures were identified as: monomethylsulochrin(2-1), questin(2-2), fumiquinazoloneC(2-3), fumitremorgin B(2-4), pseurotin A(2-5), cyclo-L-tryptophyl-L-proline(2-6). |
