Uterine prolapse(UP)is one of the most important diseases in milking buffalo.It often causes endometritis, reduces milk yield and reproduction performance. And economical loss due to this disease is very high.The causativeing agents of UP are still unknown. So we tried to find out some blood biochemical characteristics through research by analyzing some blood biochemical parameters and dietary of milking buffalo pre-and post-partum, then by which get some information to anticipate the occurrence of UP so as to prevent it. There were four parts in this research.Part1:The impact of UP by maniocwaste. Select20buffalo that have similar bodyweight and parity4weeks before calving put them into3groups randomly, the first group was fed without maniocwaste, the second one should be fed6kilos maniocwaste per day, and the third group is the control group, is fed with12kilos maniocwaste. As a result, the incidence of first group is0%, the second one is20%and the last one is30%.Part2:Ca2+, Pi, leptin, Ins, ALP, Mg2+, Na+, K+and Cl-had been dynamic determined in42,35,28,21,14,7days prepartum, parturition day, and in7,14days postpartum respectively, the milking buffalo were divided into UP (uterine prolapsed) and N (normal) groups, then to study the dynamic changing characters of those biochemical and the dynamic correlation within these indicators. The results shown as follows:①We found that from42days prepartum to parturition day Ca2+,P and Cl-in UP groups was very significantly lower than that in N groups (P<0.01), show that the lower plasma calcium phosphate in prenatal buffalo can lead to UP;②We firstly found that from prenatal42days to postpartum14days, the concentration of K+、Mg2+and Na+in UP groups was significantly higher than that in N groups (P<0.05).③We firstly found that from prenatal42days to postpartum14days, the concentration of Insulin in UP groups was very significantly higher (P<0.01),and the concentration of leptin in UP groups was significantly higher(P<0.05)than that in N groups.④Each index correlation in UP group:Leptin and ALP had significant negative correlation (P<0.01), Ca2+had very significant positive correlation with Mg2+and (P<0.05), also with P, K1+and Cl"(P<0.01). There was a very significant positive correlation between P and Cl-(P<0.01)⑤Correlation between parameters in N group:Leptin had significant positive correlation with Ca2+; Insulin had significant positive correlation with ALP, Mg2+(P<0.05); Ca2+is very significant positive correlation with Na+(P<0.01)Part3:The impact of metabolic diseases on buffalo which were fed in different anion and cation ration. Under the similar condition of feeding and management, we measured the Ca2+, P3-, Mg2+, Na+,K+, Cl-, S2-, and DCAB value. We found that:In A farm, DCAD value is+14.29meq/kgDM, morbidity of UP was29.03%; In B farm, DCAD value is-359.29meq/kgDM, morbidity of UP was13.95%. Conclusion:the incidence of UP in the group of feeding high cation ration is much higher than the group which were fed low cation ration.Part4:Research the causative factors of UP in milking buffalo. In this part,793buffalo from2009to2011had been investigated and found130buffalo suffered from UP. We analysed130UP buffalo according to their age, parity, varieties, fetal weight and months for our target buffalo. It shows that from4years to6years there are so many buffalo developed UP, for calving number, the most cases concentrated in2-4parity. The incidence of Nili-Ravi buffalo is much higher than Murra buffalo and [Ni♂×(Mu♂×Nanning♀)♀] buffalo during2009-2010. In2011, The incidence of Nili-Ravi buffalo is quite similar as that of Murra, but significantly higher than that of Ni♂×(Mu♂×Nanning♀)♀] buffalo.
