This study used different Calcium and Phosphorus Dietary levels on lactating buffalo to research milk performance, nutrient digestibility, blood biochemical, and Buffalo calcium and phosphorus requirement for maintenance and milk production.Test One:A 4 x 4 Latin square method was used in this test. The proportion of total dry matter intake of calcium is 0.47%,0.62%,0.78%,0.93% respectively; 12 lactating buffaloes were divided into 4 groups of three. Four groups of buffalo were rotated according to 4 trials periods, and were fed with different calcium level diet. Each trial period is 21 days, including a pre-feeding time which is 7days, was being fed for 14 days; for each period, the last four days is concentrated on feces and urine collection. The results showed that:1. Different Calcium levels on the performance of lactating buffaloes showed no significant difference, however, the 0.78% calcium level diet buffalo group's milk production were higher if compared to the other three groups,5.4%,5.5%,3.9% respectively; different calcium level had no significant effect on the milk nutrient value.2. Different level of Calcium diet has a significant difference of (P<0.01) on the content of calcium in the blood plasma of the trial buffaloes. Different Phosphorus level diet has a significant difference of (P<0.05) on the alkaline phosphate of the blood of the lactating buffaloes.3. Different level of Calcium diet has a significant difference on the content of calcium in the blood plasma; as the level of calcium increases in diet, the buffalo blood parathyroid hormone element and 1,25-(OH)2 Vit D decreases significantly.4. Calcium excretion and calcium intake per kilogram of milk is expressed in the equation y (mg/kg.d)=0.45x (mg/kg.d)+33.80 (R2=0.85), Excretion of calcium per kg milk, it can be considered as Ca content required for maintenance is 33.80mg/kg.d-'.5. The relationship between buffalo calcium deposition and milk yield is describe in the equation:y (g)=4.02x (kg)+1.05 (R2=0.98), that is, 1kg of buffalo milk requires 5.07g of calcium.6,The absorption Calcium rate of water buffalo is 57.7%. Test two:A randomized trial test was used. Thirty two buffaloes were used and it was randomly divided in to 4 groups of 8 and four different diet of dry matter phosphorus were fed to 4 different groups Experimental period is 35 days including pre-feeding period of 14days; 21 days was for feeding trial while the last 4 days was used for manure collection with full digestion and metabolism trials. The results showed that; 1, Different Phosphorus level had no significant difference on milk yield, however, the group that was fed 0.48% phosphorus level diet yield the most if compared to the other three,10.69%,11.12% and 5.53% respectively. Different Phosphorus level had no significant effect on the nutrition content on milk.2. Neutral detergent fiber digestibility has a significant difference of (P<0.05); had no significant effect on Ca and P digestibility rates.3. Different P level diet has a significant difference of (P<0.01) on the P content of blood plasma, while different P level diet has a significant difference of (P<0.05) on the alkaline P of lactating buffaloes.4. P excretion an P intake per kg of milk relation is expressed in the equation:y (mg/kg.d)=0.44x (mg/kg.d)+27.72 (R2=0.88); Excretion of P/kg milk can be considered as P required for maintenance is 27.72mg/kg.d-1.5. Buffalo sedimentary phosphorus and milk yield relation is expressed in equation:y (g)=1.75x (kg)+1.45 (R2=0.97), that is, for every 1kg of buffalo milk, it needs 3.20g of phosphorus.6. Buffalo Phosphorus digestibility or absorption rate is 69.6%.
