Siraitia grosvenorii is a traditional specialty which distributed mainly in the north of The guangxi zhuang autonomous region. Siraitia grosvenorii contains its peculiar cucurbitane glycosides which have very high medicinal value and economic value. This project improved Mogroside V extraction process based on the traditional process. Study two female parents of siraitia grosvenorii and their F1hybrids, to find High yield varieties. The experimental results are as follows:1.Use a new extraction and separation technology, Separated white solid powder from siraitia grosvenorii Yongqing No.1, After melting point, TLC, HPLC,MS, NMR test,it was identified as Mogroside V, which purity reached98.7%, and the overall yield was1.69%. Investigated the influence of Mogroside V content which coursed by Baking process. The results show dry siraitia grosvenorii’s Mogroside V Extraction yield is more than fresh one. Enzyme may be the main cause of this phenomenon.2. The hybridisation materials are Nongyuan B6(F014) and Boling No.3(F018) as the female parents, K1-99(M036) and K3-85(M038) two staminiferous plants as the male parents. Their F1hybrids are F014×M036, F014×M038, F018×M036, F018×M038. Investigated all Cultivars1developmental periods(days from sowing to flowering, days from Sowing to maturation, days from pollination to maturation), field agronomic characters(elongation rate of stem, diameter of stem, area of leaf, expansion rate of fruit, horizontal diameter of fruit, vertical diameter of fruit, weight per fruit), total sugar content, total glucoside content and mogroside V content. After variation analysis, variance analysis, and correlation analysis of the data above, the conclusion is nongyuanB6(F014) and boling No.3(F018) are two high-yield varieties.
