The genotype difference of male sterilizing effects of two kinds of rape chemical hybridizing agent (English abbreviation CHA) on five different varieties of oilseed rape was studied in this paper to provide a scientific basis for its further popularization and application by investigating the species sensitivity to CHA and CHA on varieties of broad-spectrum, physiological mechanism properties and biological safety. The main results showed as follows:l.The results by observating rapeseed plant growth and flower organ morphology showed that two kinds of CHA on rape growth and development had a certain inhibition, and the inhibition of SX-1on various plant growth was stronger than the Huashaling. The plant growth of Zhongshuang9was in a minimum level of inhibition.2. By surveying rapeseed plant fertility, it’s concluded that two CHA after induction of the average male sterile were more than90%. SX-1induced male sterility and the sterile period were higher than those induced by Huashaling. but SX-1after induction of outcrossing rates lower than huashaling. Zhongshuang9.huyou15.xiangyou11induced the male sterile are higher, the sterile period were longer than xiangyou15and HM4. And the variation of SX-1on different varietiess to iuduce male sterile and sterile period is smaller than Huashaling.3. Through different periods in different parts of the ALS activity assay showed its activity in the early flowering has declined, and flowering period down to the lowest, and then to return to control values of flowering buds, which the ALS activity decreased ratio greater than blade. The results show that ALS activity in bud has stronger inhibition, in flowering period by inhibition of the maximum. Inhibitory activity of zhongshuang9. huyou15, xiangyou11were greater than xiangyou15and HM4. ALS activity of zhongshuang9inhibiting the maximum.4. Through high performance liquid chromatographic method(HPLC) for the determination CHA SX-1residues in leaves of five brassica napus and soil. The average recoveries in spikedsamples ranged from76.25%to94.59%and relative standard deviations between1.30%and4.77%. SX-1was no detectable in rapeseed plants and residue in soil.
