A plot experiment was studied with Xiangzaoxian45and Yellow sticky in three different soil fertility of field (high middle、low). In addition, there were3kinds of nutrient managements, which were T1(without nitrogen fertilization), T2(farmer accustomed fertilization), T3(the optimal nutrient management), to investigate the effects of soil fertility and nutrient management on yield and nitrogen use efficiency of rice.Another plot experiment was studied with Luliangyou996, Tianyou huazhan in a medium fertility field, There were7kinds of nutrient managements, which respectively were without nitrogen fertilizer (T1), farmer accustomed fertilization (T2), the optimal nutrient patterns (T3), super high yield fertilization (T4), super high yield efficient fertilization (T5, T6, T7), to investigate the effect of nutrient management on yield and nitrogen use efficiency of rice. The results are as follows:1.The soil fertility and nutrient management had an effect on the yield of rice. With nitrogen application increased yield by7.97%-53.94%to without nitrogen application in three different soil fertility, and the effect of increase production on T3was better than T2.What’s more, the best amount of increase in production of early and late rice were in middle soil fertility and low soil fertility. In three different fertility level, T3with appropriate combined application of organic and inorganic fertilizer, and a certain proportion to reduce the amount of nitrogenous fertilizer applied by basal, tillering and panicle fertilizer application, whose utilization rate of fertilizer were higher than T2, changed with the different soil fertility.2.The result in different nutrient management pilot showed, effect of nutrient management on rice yield was significant, nitrogen could significantly improve the yield. Compared with T2, T3、T6were significantly increased production, not only that yield and nitrogen, nitrogen fertilizer management was also very important, T3, T5, T6, T7rather than T2,which showed rational fertilization could significantly improve the yield, reduce the amount of nitrogenous fertilizer applied, and improves the utilization rate of nitrogenous fertilizer. The key to gain high and super high yield was to increase the spike number and guarantee the quality of spike. The result showed rational close planting and fertilization combination could improve the effective panicles per unit area. The results by tillering and plant height showed that nutrient supply effect of farmer accustomed fertilization treatment in the early stage of rice growth was good. On the premise of balanced application of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium fertilizer, there were better growth and higher quality of rice tillering on T3、T5、T6and T7,which were beneficial to facilitates assimilation and yield of riceThe effect of different managements on soil nutrient content was different, total nitrogen in soil fertility levels influence trend was basically the same, but different parts of the test results are different, soil total phosphorus, available phosphorus, total potassium changes were improving in status. The effect on pH was inconsistent, Yiyang reduced, Xiangyin first increased and then decreased.
