The experiment studied the effects of Achyranthis bidentatae polysaccharides on gut microbe diversity of weaning piglets by adding0.10%Achyrnthes bidentata polysaccharides (ABPS) in the basal diet, and using stree model piglets by injecting E. coli lipopolysaccharide (LPS). To verify the hypothses that ABPS can relieve stress on weaning piglets by reducing intestinal damage, promoting the stability of gut microbe diversity and the capacity of nutrients absorption.A total of48healthy28d-old piglets (Duroc×Landrace×Large White, body weight9.25±0.27kg) were selected and randomly assigned into four treatments (control group, LPS control group and two experimental groups, blank group Ⅰ and control group Ⅱ, experimental group Ⅲ, and experiental group Ⅳ). Each treatment was12replicates and each replicate one pig. The pre-feeding period was6d, the formal trial period18d.On the1st to15th day of formal testing, not given LPS challenge, blank group Ⅱ and control group Ⅱ were fed the basal diet, experimental group Ⅲ and experimental group Ⅳ fed a basal diet+0.10%ABPS, free feeding. After10d of formal testing, the control group Ⅱ and the experimental groups on the16th day, were respectively injected80μg/kg· BW of lipopolysaccharide (LPS), the blank group Ⅰ and experimental group IV injected the same dose of normal saline, the fed diet was the same with the diet of the1st to15th day’s.The measurements and results were as follows:(1)The results show that LPS stimulation can significantly reduce ability of intestinal absorption D-xylose (P<0.05); with normal conditions and LPS stimulating, add0.10%ABPS significantly increased the plasma D-xylose content (P<0.01). That means adding0.10%ABPS can improve the piglet intestinal absorption ability, and easing LPS to stimulate the intestinal absorption function decline.In weaning piglets diet, adding ABPS can improve piglets intestinal absorption ability and impair the effect of LPS challenge,which makes the intestinal absorption function decline, promote the production efficiency and animal health effects.(2) there were no obvious difference DGGE spectrum with different group after3h; after24h, between DGGE spectral bands intestinal content of experimental group Ⅳ piglets and blank group Ⅰ were similar, whereas between the map of the control Ⅱ piglets and blank group Ⅰ DGGE were differences and DGGE map of control group Ⅱ of piglets gradually become complicated and varied, and between the individual differences DGGE map of group Ⅲ and control group Ⅱ is on the increase.(3) the normal physiological condition, the number of Lactobacillus, E. coli and Enterococcus has significant effect by adding ABPS to weaning piglets; Immune condition, adding ABPS can significantly affect the number of three intestinal bacteria, make its maintain in normal physiological conditions level. Therefore, the effect of ABPS on microbial diversity of weaning piglets intestinal and obvious its change effects under normal condition and stress situation condition, which helps maintain healthy and strengthen capacity anti-stress animals.
