The production area and distribution of Pleurotus ostreatus in Liaoning province was developedcontinually during summer. However,certain Adverse conditions as high temperature in summer,Smalltemperature difference between day and night,lack of high temperature strains,bad Cultivationtechniques,has led to production is unsuccessful frequently in summer. Pleurotus ostreatus used to beinsufficient and quantity of it bad,special in the middle of June to the early.fo August each year.Therefore,Strains selection of Pleurotus ostreatus and the studies on Cultivation techniques became aproblem demanding prompt solution.In thesis, Strains selection for high temperature resistant cultivation from the11Pleurotus ostreatusstrains. Through high temperature resistant tests of1st seeds and2nd seeds,taken down the growth ofthe Mycelium,its growth rate,growth vigour and Contamination rate,measured and analyzed at sametime. Comprehensive comparisons and significant analysis for the differences has made to growthrate,contamination rate,Bud stage,damp conversion stage,output,quality and color. The resultsshowed that the P9(LN-3)Strain, s Mycelium have a goog high temperature resistant, with a fastgrowth, a good growth,a good growth vigour, heavy white color,strong resistant to contaminationin32℃. Cap diameter is8.45cm,Average thickness is1.52cm,dark gray,Gill is dense and bright white.Take Pleurotus ostreatus stake “LN-3”with high output and good quantity as high temperatureresistant experiment stake,studied to Cultivation technology of high temperature conditions. the bestformula is Corn cob42%,Cottonseed shell20%,sawdust20%, bran10%,Rice bran5%,bean strawpowder3%, gypsum3%,and lime.1%,the best water content at culture medium is65-70%,it has beenconfirmed that the best Sterilization time,when Sterilization time last to12hours,successful rate ofculture medium approach to100%,coal Consumption at321kg. in this time,prolonging of Sterilizationtime is nothing but wasting energy.determined that culture medium package laying four layers with1cmdistance between each others,60cm between lines. timely ventilation and enlarge ventilation,it,seffective to space utilization rate and success rate. The tests shows, the best temperature is20-25℃during Incubation period,relative humidity60-70%,when hypha growing to one third of package,increase the amount of oxygen in package by sticking.,the best number holes is20every package.temperature difference reaches8-10℃In Urge the bud stage,relative humidity reaches85-90%。Withthe development of Pleurotus ostreatus industry, the species and numbers of disease and pests increasecontinuously, including bacteria, epiphyte and virus etc. can cause great economic loss. The guidance instrategic management is “putting prevention first and conducting overall management”. From thebudding formation to harvest, chemicals are forbidden. This is necessary for good quality and high yieldin Pleurotus ostreatus industry.
