In this paper the influence of PE braided line and its knitting mesh performancefactors do related research, including the network structure of the variouscharacteristic parameters and processing technology. Through the design, trialproduction of different structure parameters of PE braided line sample, including thefemoral line number (8shares,16shares), core line number (0-18root) and structure(twist0-40T/M), pitch (30mm-50mm),(2-6root number per thread) and otherparameters of the series of changes, the more a systematic study of the differentstructure braided line strength properties, elongation, wear resistance, fatigueresistance, soft stiffness and other aspects of the performance, as well as a mesh ofmesh, mesh breaking strength and other physical mechanical performance differences,and with the widely used PE twisting and braiding net sheet are analyzed, the resultsshow:The same number of monofilament core braided wire various performance isbetter than the hollow braided line, plus the core braided line section shape is plumprounded, not easily deformed, diameter than the same number of hollow braidedmonofilament line and twisting are small, so the water resistance is small;16strandsof hollow braided line and8shares of air core braided wires of various properties ofroughly equal, but16braided line than the8braided line structure more compact, theappearance more beautiful; braided line strength properties, fatigue resistance, softstiffness were significantly better than the twisting, plus the core braided line superiorwear resistance to twisting, hollow braided line as twisting.(2) the core braided wirecore filament number on the strength property, elastic recovery rate, wear resistance,fatigue resistance, soft stiffness influence was positively related to elongation, impactnegatively correlated.(3) the core braided wire core twist in the0-40T/M modelrange, with the core wire twist number increases, the braided wires of high strength,fatigue resistance, flexibility is increased, the elongation increased, elastic recoveryrate decreases, and the wear resistance of unrelated, twist number for30T/m whenthe braided line relatively good performance.(4) braided line pitch in the30mm-50mm range, with the pitch increases braided line strength performance,wear resistance and softness is decreased, elongation at break decreased, and elasticrecovery, fatigue resistance is unrelated to pitch in,35mm can satisfy the performancerequirements, at the same time, compact structure and beautiful.(5) braided linenumber in the2-6root share range, with the increase of the number of lines per rootbraid strong performance, wear resistance, soft stiffness to improve, the elongationincreased, and elastic recovery, fatigue resistance is irrelevant;(6) the braided wireknitting net sheet strength properties and the braided wires with good consistency. Tosum up, through the braided wires for cable structures of various characteristicparameters and process analysis, the pitch35mm core twist number for30T/M16core braided line performance is better than other specifications wire, goodfishing performance. Fishing with PE braided line and its knitting net sheet propertiesof braided line for new process improvements and provide a theoretical basis, has thevery high application value.
