| This paper take the date of forest resources in Jilin Province "Tenth Five" Inventory as basis, at same time, according analysis of Jilin Province Wangqing forestry bureau Jingo ling forest farm’s non-commercial forest,through field survey and internal statistics and expert discussions,dividing the forest management types in Jingo ling forest farm., as well as Wangqing forestry bureau and Jilin province. Then the idea, principles, basis of management type classification and naming method of management type was fixed on, the key points of structure regulation, management target, management measure, and et al. of non-commercial forest was clarified preliminarily.(1) The characteristic of non-commercial forest in Jilin as follow, various kinds of tree, enrich recourse. The fraction of forest coverage35.9%(include shrub forest), the seventh in whole country, however, most of them concentrate in the southeast and the centre mountain, the coverage reducing from east to west.even in the east mountain, the forest are not distribute by average, the kind of plantation are singleness, the area of the plantation in Jilin is705670ha (commercial forest not include), is11.9%in the whole province, the structure of the forest is not reasonable.(2) Take the management goal as the first factor in division, and each management goal has its own feature, so according to these characteristic, every goal has its own site types, original, trees. So we take25kinds of trees to3kinds, by doing this, the management type of non-commercial forest compressed to119types.(3) The factor which infects the management type division is site type, original, varieties of trees and management aim, so according the situation of Jilin which have29kinds of sites,25kinds of trees, two types of original,14different kinds of management. The result to division is20300management types, it’s not adjust for management in the real forest, so it need combination(4) In some kind of situation, the119types are not particular for the real management; we can take the level2and level3division measures. To dividing non-commercial forest(5) Take the management goal as the first factor in division, and each management goal has its own feature, so according to these characteristic, every goal has its own site types, original, trees. So we take25kinds of trees to3kinds, by doing this, the management type of non-commercial forest compressed to119types.(6) Different management type need different management measures, but the management measure is not the focus of this paper, so it just take some representative example to explains the measure of non-commercial forest. And as the basis of the future study.(7) Take the Langxi forest farm as example to explain the division of Water Conservation forest management types. There are665sub compartment of Water Conservation forest in Langxi, after division and combination, first lever there is19kinds of management types, second level there is27management types.(8) Take the date of Gingoulin forest farm as the example, there are121sub compartment (not include shrub forest), three management goals:water and soil conservation forest, road protection, and seed production forest, after division and combination, the first level it have6management types, but if we divided the management type as traditional way it will be32different types, as a result, the First Level of Non-commercial Forest Management Type Classification is suitable to the management,it can make thing simple, reduce the number of management types.The conclusion is accord with the reality in Jilin.It can not only provide theoretical and technical support for compiling non-commercial forest management plan, building sustainable forest management experiments, and assessing evaluate effects; but also can shed light on the scientific management,so as to promote the quality and comprehensive benefit of non-commercial forest. |
