Study On Service-Oriented Collaborative Management Platform Of Non Commercial Forest

The construction management of non-commercial forest (NCF) is an important national policy of sustainable development of the economy in our country. Management of NCF is multi-sectoral, multi-level, multi-tasking and complex collaborative work. The realization of collaborative management of NCF needs the support of advanced computer information technology. In this paper, Service-Oriented Architecture(SOA) and Computer Supported Cooperative Work(CSCW) are applied to the management of NCF. The construction technology of collaborative management information platform of NCF is studied. The main researches and conclusions are as follows:(1) Analysis of management of NCFThe meaning of management of NCF is defined. The management of NCF is the collaborative process of input, output, input conversion, the external environment and the restoration mechanism of driving force. The scope of business of management of NCF is defined. The monitoring business is researched deeply. On this basis, the main business functions, business processes of management of NCF are analyzed. And these establish basis for collaborative management platform of NCF.(2)Analysis of cooperative character and cooperation work mode of management of NCFThe meaning Main part, effect, elements of collaboration in management of NCF is analyzed. The cooperative connection between organizational structure and business link is studied deeply. Combining with the cooperative character, the cooperation work model is discussed. The cooperation work mode of management of NCF is depicted from various angles through organizations, tasks, processes and resources. The character of the collaborative mode is analyzed, which can guide the Application of collaborative techniques and methods.(3)The architecture of collaborative management platform of NCFThe functional properties, which are the need for collaborative management information platform of NCF, include openness, interoperability of heterogeneous systems, scalability and flexibility are analyzed combining with the characteristics of management of NCF. Therefore, SOA has a great advantage for the realization of collaborative management platform of NCF. The collaborative management platform of NCF is designed as multi-tier architecture, which be provided with flexibility and agility, through the separation of the business service layer and service layer.(4)The design and realization of collaborative management platform of NCFThe development technology of putting up which is Service-Oriented is researched. The thinking and methods of collaborative management platform of NCF are put forward. The construction of collaborative model and management technique are researched, namely, management and call of collaborative model through the collaborative model base and engine. The overall architecture of platform, service support structure, constitute of business systems is designed detailedly. At last, the implementation technology of collaborative management platform of NCF is validated taking management and protection business of NCF for example. The results show that Service-Oriented development of structures technology and call and management technology collaborative model have full advantage in building collaborative management platform of NCF. The agile development can be achieved. And the agility of business is improved.
