Legacy system is the important technical measure in fruit tree breeding, the nutrition bowl has a direct effect on fruit tree growth, yield, fruit quality, economic benefits and living environment. The topic for the modern orchard bowl making machine current situation and demand, both at home and abroad through the bowl making machinery development status investigation and analysis, combining with the gardening techniques, research devoted to the use of orchard branch manufacturing nutrition bowl making machine. And carried on the experiment, the analysis of the experimental results, the conclusion. In this paper, the main work includes:According to the requirements of gardening, pot-making machinery technology research for the nutritional bowls, material selection, the choice of ingredients, the choice of soil, cement configuration, strength and compression ratio, bowl making technology study on the six parts, for the overall study of the nutritional bowls. According to the branches of the fruit tree size, adding adhesive and the proportion of water and nutrition pot horticultural requirements, determine the bowl making machine overall design parameters, analysis of the working principle of bowl making machine. Using AIP software to create a bowl making machine the overall structure of the 3D parametric feature model.Design analysis of bowl making machine mixing mechanism, its main parts auger is studied, by using AIP software mixing mechanism modeling. Through measuring the relevant data and calculated results, the production of the nutritional bowls with operation quality standard, meet the requirements of horticulture.
