Nursery Cup is widely used in agriculture and forestry seedling production process,using a Nursery Cup with a dedicated Nursery Tray can enable to accomplish air pruning technology,which is conducive to the growth of the seedling root. Therefore,using Nursery Cup to cultivate seedlings can significantly improve the economic benefit of seedlings. The development of a special equipment which can automatically product Nursery Cup,on the one hand,can realize mechanization,modernization of seedling production,on the other hand can innovative breeding methods,and solve the problem that exists in traditional breeding process such as nest root,slow seedlings and the low survival rate of seedlings,so that ultimately improve the seedling quality rate,and promote the development of agriculture and forestry machinery and equipment. Based on this purpose,this paper design and research a special equipment that can automatically produce Nursery Cup.The industrial degradable non-woven fabric, which has green non-polluting characteristics, is used as raw materials to produce Nursery Cup. Designing Nursery Cup making machine first need to decompose the target of the designing,to implement the function module. Based on Solidworks parametric modeling,the 3D model of Nursery,Cup making machine of each functional moduleis established. The whole structure of Nursery Cup making machine can be divided into:feeding mechanism,welding forming mechanism,out put and aggregate mechanism. The welding forming mechanism is formed by cam mechanism,and NURBS curve theory is used to establish the 3D model of the cam contour line. Integrated each functional module,the structure of the program maker mechanism assembly is determined,and ultimately the overall design of the Nursery Cup making machine is formed.The whole Nursery Cup making machine is driven by induction motor,and the control system is mainly to achieve the function of sensor counting,frequency control of motor speed. Based on the test of frequency parameter control system,the correctness of the design of the frequency control circuit can be verified,and at the same time also laid the foundation for the adjustment of the control parameters. In order to verify the reasonable of structural dimension and design function,the dynamic model of mechanism and equations of motion of the top feed slider of the six-bar mechanism and welding cam follower is established. Based on the motion simulation of the top feed slider of the six- bar mechanism and welding cam followeron the Solidworks-motion platform, the sports simulation,and the time curve of key feature points is achieved. Phase motion analysis of the system of inter-mechanism explains the possibility of joint operation between mechanism,and also proves that the running between the mechanism does not produce interference the rationality of the design.Whether the ultrasonic welding parameter design is right or wrong,determines the possibility of realizing the function of Nursery Cup forming and welding.In order to verify the correctness of the design of ultrasonic parameters, numerical analysis of Nursery Cup ultrasonic welding is carried out,and verify and compare with the actual welding test. Firstly,mathematic model based on the welding zone is established,the welding heat flux equation is achived,based on Ansys thermal analysis module we get the result of finite element analysis of ultrasonically welding,that is Welding thermal imagery and relevant regional temperature variation curve. The coincidence analysis between numerical results and the result of actual welding prove the rationality of the ultrasonic parameter settings and verify the validity of ultrasonic welding.This paper makes a systematic research from the establishment of Nursery Cup making machine structural model,the design of control system,the test of control system and the motion simulation analysis of the main body to the numerical simulation of ultrasonic welding. Combined theoretical design with practical test,the research results obtained have important theoretical and practical significance for the promotion of research and design of the Nursery Cup making machine,at the same time also lay the foundation for the subsequent research.
