As a special economic crop, tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L) can be made into a wide variety of tobacco products, and also have broad potential use value in other areas such as the use of transgenic tobacco, the use of nicotine to produce " non-toxic "" green " and " efficient " insecticides etc.The actual situation in China resulted in the fact that carpet smoking ban at this stage is not feasible. Companied with gradually improving of the quality of tobacco products, the industry of tobacco can realize a reasonable healthy development by reducing the harmful ingredients in tobacco on human health hazards, the production of smoke-free green tobacco substitutes, multi-functional industry transformation of tobacco, the reasonable control of tobacco tax on tobacco industry.The chemical composition of tobacco is extremely complex, along with the process of growth and modulation of the tobacco itself, its internal chemical composition is also constantly changing. Tobacco quality improvement, is not only paying attention to its color, smell, taste, but also taking into account its security. Tobacco products have a special taste and aroma, mainly relate to their volatile and semi-volatile substances contents, and the potassium content of the tobacco is also important to the tobacco quality.As potassium addicted plant, potassium content, in many cases is considered to be one of the important indicators to evaluate the merits of tobacco quality. Compared with the international community, there is a wide gap, and there is also a great upgrade leeway. Based on the soil ecological condition of Henan and tobacco fertilizer production status to meet the K-rich mellow raw flue-cured tobacco cultivation requirements, we take technical measures for the application of slow release fertilizer. Compared with the controlled group, five different treatments of fertilizer are used in the cultivation of tobacco in the experimental fields. Based on the study of the effect of potash differences relate to the changes of chemical components, the research study the influence that the potash differences lead to the change of the content of the volatile and semi-volatile substance in tobacco, in order to improve the flavor quality of finished tobacco products. The main work of this study:1On the basis of consulting an extensive literature, simultaneous distillation and extraction had been selected as the extraction means, and methylene chloride chose as the solvent. Single factor experiments and orthogonal test methods were used to optimize and screen the best condition to extract the volatile oil in tobacco, and the optimum conditions:the soaking time was overnight; the extraction time was8h; solid to liquid radio was1:20; the particle diameter was40meshes. With the finally the validation experiments, the average yield was2.42percent.2Using the technological conditions from1, the samples from the experimental field which contains18samples using different kinds of potash fertilizer, had been extracted. Combined with relevant literature, the GC-MS conditions to detect the components of volatile oil in tobacco had been established. The Total Ion Chromatogram of the various tobacco samples are generally consistent with that in the spectrum plot; the total detected substance is probably about30kinds, the difference lies in the content of each peak.3The peaks in9.958min,45.457min and55.460min were selected to compare by different parts, different kinds of potash fertilizer, and different kinds of chemical components, to study the effect of the use of different kinds of potash fertilizer to volatile oil; and the methods of Principal Component Analysis were used to analysis the component of volatile oil, and thus three components were extracted and explained.. |
