In this paper, we researched the differences among the locusts’(Robinia pseud oaeaeia)root exudates in different periods and in different growth conditions of Hei bei Pingquan county Huangtuliangzi experimental forest, to identify the associations and differences between the health locusts’root exudates and inefficient forests’root exudates, and to provide supports for the causes of inefficient locusts. In May, Jul y, September, we collected roots from locusts growing well and growing bad and c ollected root soil of natural growth in the fields. The collected samples were separa ted and purified, filtered extract, then used Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometr y(the GC/MS) for the analysis and determination of the root exudates.We also colle cted soil of black locust forest edge as contrast, in order to more accurately determ ine the kinds of locusts’root exudates.(1)The experiment selected four different extraction methods to try the method most suitable for locust’s root exudates. Through comprehensive analysis, finally w e determined that sexualthe extraction method was the best one in the four methods of purified extract.(2)In this experiment, more than150kinds of substances from root secretions were detected up. Including of48kinds of acid,31kinds of ester,28kinds of alc ohol,22kinds of alkane,11kinds of aldehyde,6kinds of ketone,14kinds of phe nol. There were only12kinds of substances detected in the health locusts’root ex udates. There were only5kinds of substances detected in the inefficient locusts’ro ot exudates.(3) The experiment showed that, the average categories of the health locusts’r oot exudates group were up to50, while inefficient ones’ were only about30Acid s, esters, alcohols accounted for60%-80%of the secretions of the total content an d were the main components of the locusts’ root exudates. Aldehydes and ketones were the unique compositions of healthy locusts’ root secretion, which were the two types of materials not detected in the inefficientones. |
