In this paper, we took Robinia(Robinia pseudoacacia), oriental arborvitae (Biota orientalis), pine (Pinus tabulaeformis)'s rhizosphere soil of Shanxi Jixian Caijiachuan in Locust Valley as the research object, such as stands of acacia root exudates and rhizosphere soil enzyme activity were studied with GC-MS on the qualitative and quantitative analysis of root exudates; and on the locust, pine, arborvitae, different aspect of the locust, Robinia pseudoacacia plantation, second-generation locust forest, these three groups of three generations of black locust soil enzymes soil Activity and content of soil elements and their research in different seasons, respectively, by phenol-hypochlorite colorimetry, potassium permanganate titration method, iodometric titration, colorimetry,5-dinitrosalicylic acid ratio Determination of color urease, catalase, polyphenol oxidase, protease, invertase activity, based on the results obtained the following results:(1) Using GC-MS GC-MS, respectively, the study area of the locust, pine, Artificial Platycladus Orientalis plot analysis identified the root exudates showed that:the secretion of substances in the main root of Robinia pseudoacacia contains 24 species belonging to acids, esters, alkanes, ketones, alcohols, amides, phenols and other 7 categories. Pine root exudates were identified in 25 species of substances, belonging to acids, esters, alkanes, amides, alkenes and other 6 categories. Orientalis root exudates were identified in 9 species of substances, belonging to acids, esters, alkenes and other 4categories.(2) The five kinds of soil enzymes (urease, catalase, polyphenol oxidase, protease, sucrase) activity has a significant "surface accumulation effect", that is in accordance with the increase of soil depth, soil enzyme activity as a whole are weakened. That because this litter and plant roots can secrete a number of enzymes and rich soil on the surface.(3) Different forest types of soil enzyme activities showed some characteristics. In addition to catalase, the other four enzyme activities of soil conditions in different seasons, are generally showing of Locust> three generations of Locust> second-generation Locust; while catalase activity is precisely the opposite, expressed as second-generation locust> three generations of Locust> of Locust.(4) Different species show a variety of soil enzyme activities in certain characteristics. In addition to catalase and polyphenol oxidase activity in July, the rest of the activity under the conditions in different seasons, have generally shown Robinia> Pine> orientalis; catalase activity in different and seasonal conditions emerged pine> orientalis> locust; July polyphenol oxidase, the locust activity minimum.(5) Research plots in the activity of hydrogen peroxide on the absorption of various nutrients to the soil without direct and significant relationship; polyphenol oxidase activity and total P content has some relevance, in line with polyphenol oxidase enzyme phosphorylation P transition have some help; urease activity and soil the whole N, nitrogen contents were negatively correlated; protease activity and soil organic matter and nitrogen content correlated more significant; invertase activity and in soil correlation between nutrient content is not very obvious, the most relevant for the organic matter. |
