Hot reclaim has been increasingly applied to all levels of the highway in repair and overhaul. Most people think that the re-use of old asphalt mixture can not only save resources, but also can reduce environmental pollution caused by waste. However, at present, our country has not have a unified production process. In this paper, mainly studying the production process in the regeneration of the asphalt mixture in order to give a better production process.In this paper, mainly including four parts: 1、The control of construction temperature of the old asphalt mixture; 2、The studying of production process and quality control; 3、The studying of renewable asphalt mixture performance; 4、The studying of the regeneration law of the aging asphalt.Through the above analysis, the paper gives the following conclusions: 1、Arriving at a preheating temperature combinations to meet the mixing temperature requirements; and identified the relationship between best mixing temperature and best compaction temperature of hot recycling asphalt mixture and the ratio of old material ; 2、Evaluating the road performance by apply of gray relational analysis , and give a better process (Including how to add the regeneration、how long the mixing time and the preheating temperature of RAP ) ; 3、According to the results of the road performance test, come to the penetration scope which can meet the performance requirements; 4、Through analyzing the mixture of old asphalt and new asphalt, give the regeneration law of new asphalt to the old asphalt and regeneration to the old asphalt.
