In the process of Sea-closure Engineering, very severe hydraulic conditions which often occur will block the successful implementation of closure of crevasse. According to the regulations on Technical Regulation of Sea-closure Engineering, hydraulic calculation must be carried out. Therefore, in terms of the technical requirements for closure of crevasse, and with a view to the practical conditions, the author developed software for systematic emulation on calculating reclaim crevasse, which extremely facilitates the related professionals and enhances the chances of the successful implementation of closure of crevasse.Literature analysis has been done at the beginning of this dissertation, which mainly are the current development and exploration of domestic and international Sea-closure Engineering. Emphasis has been attached to the characteristics of Sea-closure Engineering as well as the experience and theory, which have been accumulated in the practice of Sea-closure Engineering. Based on the summary of previous studies, hydraulic calculation on crevasse has been extended, with the regard of the theory of Bernoulli equation on the real fluid of total fluid, to realize the combined calculation of crest current velocity and the slope current velocity of cut-off dike. Related theories of systematic emulation have been applied to set up the model of emulation calculating system of reclaim crevasse. Delphi, the object-oriented structuring programming language, has been used as the platform to develop the system software. This dissertation also analyzed the impact of three different interpolation methods on the results of emulating calculation, namely as, the parabolic method, the Lagrange and Akima method. The adaptive interpolation method to crevasse hydraulic has been gained in the end. In order to make the computed results more visible and clear to promote analysis and make crevasse order, the author did output image programming by using database, computer graphics, etc. The system function of automatic description of current velocity isogram has been developed in the end.By using this system software, this dissertation did calculation on thesea-closure engineering of DongBidao, Fujian Province, in which hydraulic elements such as the current velocities of cut-off dike and outside slope, thus providing comprehensive data support for scientific research.
