| With the development of machine manufacturing industry and the wide application ofcomputer technology, manufacturing process information management is increasinglynetworked, information-based, integrated and intelligent, which is in order to meet the marketdemand of high-precision, high efficiency machining requirements. The informationization ofthe time quota management is not only the important basis to organize production, accountingand cost control in enterprises, but also as an important part to realize the integration ofdesign and manufacturing information.Because of the problem that the difficult to estimate the auxiliary processing timeaccurately in morden manufacturing and how to formulate standard working hours quicklyand accurately in the process of making time quota for companies at the present stage, thearticle takes bogie wheels processing and bogie assembly as an example, a concept about a setof operating action and process feature is proposed which is considering process factortechnology and the the important impacting factors in time quota formulated. It is toformulate action template by the process feature’s relationship and property’s similar nature ofthe parts. Finnaly a technology features-oriented auxiliary processing time quota system isdesigned using MODAPTS (MOD). This system can abandon the hysteresis in the time quotaformulation process and can realize the standardization of the production action. Theenterprises can meet actual requirements only by making some minor modifications inapplications.Main points of this paper include:(1) Analysis of the problems in time quota management and formulation, and technologyresearchs and applications are elaborated at home and abroad. The significance, purpose andmain contents of this thesis are presented.(2) Sduty on the standard technology and related technical system in process time quotaformulated based on part’s process features. The man-hour quota studies into process time andstep time, each of them contains maneuver time and mamual time. Maneuver timeautomatically calculated by computer, and manual time is to make standard operationtemplate by studying on workers’ standard operating action using MOD in time study.(3) The time quota management system based on process featues is proposed, and themodule design, function structure, data flow, working procedure and entitiy relationship ofthis system are analyzed and studied.(4) The system developed realizes the generalization and standardization of browsingtime quota formulated, and meets the requirement of formulating the time quota conveniently. |
