This paper analyzes the present status of energy utilization and the trend of energy development in our country,expounds the significance of building energy efficiency,introduces the general situation of building energy efficiency both at home and abroad and building energy consumption analysis method,and has been clear that the whole process of building energy efficiency management is imminent.In order to achieve more accurate quantitative analysis on the building energy consumption,this paper,taking guangzhou residential buildings,commercial office buildings,shopping malls and star hotel four types of construction as the research object,from the perspective of whole process management of the building energy efficiency,through two kinds of quota: load rating index and total power consumption quota for total amount controlling of building energy efficiency.In order to grasp the building energy consumption level,understand the actual situation of the energy utilization,this article has done the basic research of the four types of building construction in the main body status,palisade structure,lighting,and equipment,and the application of air conditioning system,and the statistical data of energy consumption.Due to the existing buildings in the research can not meet the requirements of residential buildings and public building energy efficiency standards in the selection of the outer enclosure structure and mechanical and electrical equipment.So this paper set up to meet the requirements of building energy efficiency standard energy-saving building,determine the building cooling load norm index and total energy consumption,air conditioning energy consumption simulation values instead of research value,established by the method of energy consumption simulation and energy consumption research of building total power consumption.Specifically in this paper,the main research work can be divided into the following several parts:First of all,based on the whole process of management in building energy efficiency,building cooling load ration index and the total power consumption quota consists of energy consumption quota index system,so this paper expounds the types of the controlling parameter and the strategy of the conflict optimization of the energy consumption quota in each stage of the program.In project planning and design stage,through controlling the various parameters of building ontology,we can determine the room thermal disturbance index and selection of air conditioning system and the operating strategy,determine the cooling load of the building by using the method of building simulation quota(W/m2);In the project expanding and construction drawing design stage,through the building selection and operation of various electric equipment control,and research of energy consumption of existing buildings in guangzhou,we can determine the construction total power consumption quota [kWh/(m2.a)].Secondly,this article has done basic research in view of the residential building,commercial office buildings,shopping malls,star hotel four types of building construction main body situation,palisade structure,lighting,equipment and air conditioning system in guangzhou,application situation and energy-saving standard to the requirement of palisade structure limit,determine the various aspects for the building shape and simulation parameters.Combined with the relevant standards to set up and room thermal perturbation of the air conditioning system operation strategy setting.And through the DeST simulation software to draw four different types of buildings energy consumption per unit area of all-year hourly cooling load and air-conditioning.The average method is adopted to get building cooling load quota.Again,we has done data investigation of the four types exiting building,and handle and analysis the data through mathematical statistics knowledge and the data analysis software,Origin.We can get the average value and the standard deviation of the energy data,and we can organize the energy consumption rating scale of the exiting building through quota level method.We can replace the cumulative power consumption simulation of air conditioning of survey value and obtain the cumulative power consumption index of the four types new building in guanghzou.Finally,this paper determines the existing buildings and new energy saving building energy consumption quota,and the research findings can provide reference for formulating the building energy consumption quota in guangzhou.For new buildings,we can control the whole process of project through building load rating index and total power consumption quota and do the design optimization of various quota index in the stages of conceptual design,preliminary design,and construction drawing design.For existing buildings,we can.refer the energy consumption level to do the implementation of energy-saving transformation,and do the optimization of the reconstruction and redesign according to the energy consumption quota.
