The Innovation And Practice Applied In The Huanggang Yangtze River Bridge Project Management

For a project which has completed bidding program and is in the implementation, its management including financial, material, machinery, safety, quality, schedule, cost, contract, technology, information and party, among them schedule, cost, information and party are often affected by the political, policy and environment. However, regardless of how the political, policy and environment change, the project’s financial, material, machinery, safety, quality, contract, technology can not be affected and form own routines. This paper studies the Huanggang Yangtze River and describes its project management in the following nine areas.The first, this paper introduces the Huanggang Yangtze River and the research ideas briefly.The second, it introduces the model of Huanggang Yangtze River’s project management and the relationship of the financial, material, machinery, safety, quality, contract, technology.The third, the financial management is focus on the centralized management of funds and tax, embodying the principle of "cash is king", as well as the management of basic accounting and how to guard against operating risks.The forth, the material management is mainly describing the procurement of material purchase, turnover, distribution and the effects. At the same time, it introduces the material management of green construction and the benefits achieved.The fifth, the machinery and equipment management mainly studies the concentration, safety and cost of the machines and equipments.The sixth, contract management studies how to carry out the management of plan, labor and cost. Its labor management especially the management of the migrant workers is in line with Chinese characteristics and having practical significance.The seventh, safety and quality management focus on the guiding of "Prevention of Safety, Technology of Safety, Carry out of Safety, Quality of Safety", closely linked to the theme of safety and quality. It original created the management model of "four magic weapon"(Party members’ vanguard engineering, safety quality supervision team, safety supervisors, youth safety supervision posts).The eighth, technology management is focused on how to carry out scientific and technological innovations, as well as the outcomes achieved.
