The Development Dynamic Comparative Study And Enlightenment Of Three National-Level New Areas

The development and construction of the new areas across the country are in full swing, following Shanghai Pudong New Area, Tianjin Binhai New Area and Chongqing Liangjiang New Area. China has successively established Zhejiang Zhoushan Islands New Area, Lanzhou New Area, Guangzhou Nansha New Area. National-level new area development of the new project will promote the development of their region has become a new growth pole. In this paper, based on quantitative analysis and qualitative research on the development of the three national-level new area, the author summarizes the national development momentum, and brings the guideline and inspiration to the newly developed national-level new area.In this study, the topics of the background, purpose and significance, literature review and theoretical research brief exposition, and development dynamic of the national-level new area came from economic factors, social factors, environmental factors, and policy factors.Secondly, through a qualitatively comparative study of the national developing background, development condition, location and development models, positioning and development model, there are common characteristics of national-level New Area development environment, including where the requirements of the national strategy; with functional orientation; favorable policy conditions as a support; focusing on the development of industrial diversification; pay attention to the aggregation of population and technology; favorable policy conditions; development model focuses on the combination between government and enterprises.Thirdly, the paper uses the entropy method, the Shanghai Pudong New Area and Tianjin Binhai New Area constructed an index system operator, pointed out that the economic factor is the most important factor in the development of national-level new area, capital investment, human resources to support the development of the new project will play a key role.Finally, Based on the analysis of the newly developed national-level new area-Lanzhou New Area,included the overview of its features and the previous findings, the development of the Lanzhou New Area has been given a certain amount of inspiration and reference.
