The vigorous development of aviation has brought more convenience to people's lives,and put forward higher requirements for the timely processing of air surveillance information.The purpose of this paper is to design and implement an air surveillance information display and data evaluation system based on Android system.The system takes map of China as the background.It mainly provides users with functions such as map display,map mode switching,display the real-time position of the aircraft,aircraft wake display,recording and playback,and assessment of the quality of air surveillance information.Starting from receiving aerial surveillance information,this paper introduces the implementation process of the system step by step.The map display part is completed by Baidu Map,which is popular at present.It can provide the background of Chinese map in common mode and satellite mode.The core part of the project firstly receives the original radar information through UDP.Secondly,the hexadecimal UDP message information is transformed into the relative position information of the aircraft and the specific radar by distinguishing and analyzing the radar information in different formats.Then,the polar coordinate position of the flight relative to the radar is transformed into the longitude and latitude information suitable for use on Baidu map by the geographic coordinate transformation function.At the same time,combined with data quality assessment algorithm,real-time evaluation of multi-radar aerial surveillance information is carried out.In addition,the real-time location of flights and their wakes is displayed through Baidu Map.Finally,the related functions are implemented on Android smartphone,and the system is corrected and improved through testing.Based on Android system,this paper designs and implements an air surveillance information display and data quality assessment system,which provides a new way for air surveillance information display and a new method for its quality evaluation.
