As we all know, China is in a stage of building and rebuilding, repairing, and, a large number of projects need strengthening, which concrete structures account for a relatively large share of the project, its method of reinforcement and reconstruction are important. Current research to be more active in this respect, many practical techniques, in which reinforcement planting and anchoring technique due to the unique characteristics of its technical, are widely used in the reinforcement. In practical engineering, result of widget work environment and adhesive properties of limits, lack of planting-bar technique to meet the project’s needs and achieve the objective of strengthening. This article according to the characteristics of the concrete structure and the need of reinforcement and reconstruction, setting54pieces of inorganic anchoring the pullout test specimens, combination of theoretical analysis, study of cement based inorganic Binder in concrete structure reinforcement technology. According to test findings analysis and reinforcement of cement based inorganic bonding technology with good effect, can provide technical options for reinforcement of concrete structures, for concrete structure reinforcement procedures provide reference.The main research contents are as follows:1、By setting54pieces of inorganic pulling test of anchorage, records and research drawing loads of rebar in the failure process and mechanical properties, analyses the use of cement based inorganic bonding of plastic rebar reinforcement method of new technology in the reinforcement drawing force working mechanism and failure law, provides test data for subsequent analysis.2、According to the principle of reinforcing steel bar and concrete coordination and its failure theory, combined with elastic-plastic theory of reinforced concrete, analysis of the test data, proposed concrete structure bearing capacity of cement based adhesive anchorage without bond formula.Comprehensive comparative analysis of the results shows, papers presented new inorganic gel calculation formula of bearing capacity of rebar, operability, to take control of their reinforcement of quality requirements, has a good project benefits. Papers for concrete structure reinforcement of cement based adhesive-free planting-bar technique, to experimental research and fundamental theory based analysis of the reinforced concrete structure damage and its calculation method of bearing capacity of anchor.This new type of inorganic adhesive reinforcement technology regardless of the properties of the material itself, the effect of reinforcement and reconstruction or reinforcement to the working environment both at home and abroad the same circumstances has increased, may provide new technical options for reinforcement of concrete structures, for improving the concrete structure reinforcement procedures provide reference.
