With the development of modernization of science and technology,continuous development of new varieties of steel,high strength reinforced increasingly emerge as the times require.The use of at present of our country's civil engineering reinforcement in compared with abroad most of lower strength,concrete strength and its matching is low,resulting in the overall structure of the security degree is low.High-strength steel,we need to adapt to the era of science and technology requirements,anchorage measures adapted to seek a can with high strength reinforced phase.Direct anchoring reinforcement anchorage in civil engineering problems caused by the increasingly prominent,optimize performance and anchorage of steel,reducing the using amount of steel,which is the only way which must be passed in our country go green save the sustainable road.The bond between reinforcement and concrete,in relation to the anchorage,between concrete and steel bar connection,crack.The strength of the inevitable requirement to improve the length of anchor bar is longer,but the anchorage length is too large,the difficulty of construction of building structure at the nodes increases,bring great trouble to the actual project.For example:the construction is not convenient,node design difficult structure,anchor space,reinforced the emergence of a large number of congestion,whereas the method of reinforcing steel bar mechanical anchor can solve these problems.This paper uses the method of combining experiment and theory,the anchor bar anchor plate device-the research(anchorage head)of anchor pullout test and finite element software.Through pull-out tests,the anchorage performance of headed reinforcement and 90° hooked bar is compared under the same conditions.Through the finite element analysis software,theoretical study on anchorage properties of headed reinforcement.By comparison of the experimental and simulation analysis of two kinds of different analysis approaches,that:(1)Different anchor plate area of study in two different analysis approaches are known in this paper under the belt anchorage plate anchorage performance can meet the requirements;(2)In contrast to the test results and analysis software of two different anchoring case knowledge,mechanical anchoring performance of headed reinforcement is not lower than the anchorage performance with a 90 degree bend hook bar;(3)the finite element simulation analysis,although the results do not agree well with the test results,but on the whole,to meet the requirements of application,achieved the initial purpose of;(4)with anchoring plate reinforced this paper compared to 90° hooked bar,can effectively reduce the consumption of steel,and greatly reduce the economic cost;(5)This new anchor plate device are studied in this article,can ease the shortage of space,structure of anchorage reinforcement of the congestion problem,and has simple construction process,accelerate construction speed;(6)the implementation of this project,to reduce and prevent China's steel waste,promote the construction industry safety,promote the construction of China's construction industry sustainable development and social harmony has an important role in safeguarding.
