With the rapid development of the transportation engineering, there are more and more long-span bridges around the world. We take security, integrity, applicability and durability of the structure seriously, in the times of designing and constructing, and the maintenance process later.Structural health monitoring system has become an effective way to observe a long-span bridge in the maintenance process. The vast majority of long-span bridges in the world have installed structural health monitoring system. The monitoring system can observe the structure for every second, identifying the changes resulted in the external environment, vehicle loads, and the changing of the structure itself, and storing the data. At present, the development of the structural health monitoring system has been gradually perfected and matured, but there are no certain ways or standards induced to the data processing. It’s a top priority how to conclude informations and laws from these massive datas so as to evaluate the structural health. Although the monitoring system itself has some certain data processing and statistical functions, it’s still not enough. In this thesis, I propose some methods to process the data, based on a certain project.First, analyze responses under the action of temperature, findind out the relationship between the responses and temperature, fitting out the relationship between them with MATLAB programming.Secondly, fit the distribution of vehicle loads to propose general method for data processing, figuring out a mixed distribution probability model.Propose the concept of maximum vehicle load and the distribution mode, predicting the trend of maximum vehicle load within different time periods.Finally, take spectrum analysis of acceleration under the action of a certain typhoon, and study the correlation between wind speed and acceleration. Tell the differents between the response before and after typhoon.
