With the coming of bridge's health big data era,the traditional centralized bridge health monitoring system has got difficulties to handle those data.Such as data-handling timely,lack of effective method that can recognize bridge's health state automatically.It is hard to bring valuable result to the user with those difficulties.In recent years,as technology innovation of bridge's health monitoring,high sampling rate,high-precision,high availability of new sensors have been made.Accelerating the step of big data application in bridge's health monitoring.The new sensors which putted in the key spots of bridge will collect huge amounts of bridge's health data every day.Only one bridge may bring 10 GB by the sensors getting every day.According to incomplete statistics,there are about 800 thousand bridges in the national highway.Facing to such huge amount of bridges,facing to such huge amount of monitoring data,how to processing these huge data timely,how to recognize bridge's health state automatically has become a serious problem to some department of this country.This paper is based on the actual demand of some administrators who take care of bridge health.This paper is considered with the business feature of bridge's health monitoring.The paper is using the technology of distributed big data processing that can face to the big data of bridge's health.With the result of the big data of bridge's health,the paper presented a bridge's health auto-recognition method.The paper has designed and implemented bridge health monitoring system oriented on big data basing on above content.1.This paper has studied the current situation of the big data facing to the bridge engineering and existing problems,basing on the short of the traditional centralized bridge health monitoring system,present a method for handling big data with distributed data processing to fix the problem.By the result of investigating current methods of bridge's health recognition,summarized the shortcomings of current methods and the difficulties of bridge's health auto-recognition.Considering the actual data,by the clustering method,fixing the existed difficulties of bridge's health auto-recognition,present a new bridge's health auto-recognition method basing on the set of bridge's health big data.2.This paper has studied the job content of bridge safety management,with the demand analysis,summarized the specific functions of bridge's health monitoring system oriented on the big data.The paper has designed a suitable framework for bridge safety.Present the process of distributed big data processing of bridge' health,designed and elaborated the algorithm of bridge's health auto-recognition,designed the database of system.3.Basing on the demand analysis and design.The paper has used object oriented method and modular implementation to design and implement the main functional modules.The module of bridge safety management's setting,the module of bridge management's setting,the module of distributed big data processing of bridge' health,the module of bridge's health auto-recognition,those above modules have been designed and implemented in details.4.This paper analyzed the performance of distributed big data processing of bridge' health.By using the actual monitoring data,analyzed the validity of bridge's health auto-recognition.Through the actual using by bridge safety managers,analyzed the effect of system.This paper via design and implement bridge health monitoring system oriented on big data,give an information approach for bridge safety management.It can give some benefits to the safety management of bridges.
